McDonald’s

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to. Not once, but twice have I found gnats in my drinks. First time it was a orange juice and today it was in my Dr.pepper. Now if I have found two separate incidents myself, who knows how many they have had. Don’t eat at this one.

I found the dine-​in breakfast service to be somewhat friendly, but just a little slow. This location is fairly new, with two drive-​thru lanes, ²⁴⁄₇ operation, and a clean dining area. A-​OK.

Wrong food… Missing food… Two trips thru the drive thru to get it right. Service is sloooooooow. And some of the answers given as excuses are simply comical. The last 6 months… All I can say is wow, how can it get worse? Funny thing is… It does. They don’t change because they are not forced to change. Being the only McD’s on the west side of town they get away with it.

Had an incredibly poor experience at this location.
An employee that had a type of special needs was assisting in putting creamer in the coffee at the drive through, I witnessed the manager come over, yelling awful things at this individual for doing it the way that they were, instead of teaching or showing the correct way. I was handed my coffee with the young employee crying. Never should I have seen that from a manager speaking to their employees that way. It was highly inappropriate and I will never return to this McDonalds. I understand this is a food chain, but the way someone put creamer in the coffee was handled, whether it was incorrect or not, clearly they did not know the correct way, and no one should ever be spoken to the way this young man was spoken to. The manager should not be a manager, nor employeed at a business where satisfaction of the guests and employees are valued.

Wow really in line for 30 minutes for our food yikes. It’s getting so bad that we will not start driving 10 minutes to the other McDonalds for our food. How is this okay!!!

They are so friendly here and my food is always fresh. Great job at this location. Thanks!

This is a McDonald’s to avoid at the dinner hour. Even with the recent upgrade of two speaker. However, beyond midnight it is number one. Staff is super nice at the crazy hour and food is always fresh. Couldn’t ask for more.
