We went for shakes, we ordered a coconut cream pie shake and a dark chocolate shake. As we drove off, we realized neither were correct, just figured we accidentally got someone else’s order. We went back and told them. They attempted to remake… at least I think 1 was right, the dark chocolate was not… it was the same nasty stuff… but I wasn’t going back again. It was gross… it tasted like sour milk and salt! I went somewhere else…

I LOVE this place. They have the FRIENDLIEST customer service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. They are fast, efficient and still have a smile on their face when they are slammed with people wanting everything right now. A young lady with a name tag of Meghan was so charming my bad mood went away and I left the drive up laughing. Must go to this Sonic when you are in Olathe.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and the line moved just one car! We left and went to McDonalds.

They move up the street to the new improved building, but didn’t improve the staff. In fact most of the time the staff seems to have an attitude of being in prison. If they get that moral up a little, then this be great Sonic.
