The building was closed for a little while and is now called Asian Garden. I don’t know if it is merely a name change or if it is a new business. Bun is not on the menu anymore, so I suspect it is a different business.

Food was good the one time they answered their phone for delivery. We have tried on 3 other occasions during business hours with no answer.

I was pleasantly surprised. Who knew Olathe had a legit phở restaurant? My tried and true order of combination phở definitely did not disappoint. I think it was right around $ 8. Solid deal.

For starters, this is a Vietnamese restaurant that also serves Chinese food. I came in based on the reviews for the phở. I ordered the egg rolls, Vietnamese iced coffee, and combination phở. The coffee was on point, the egg rolls were a bit small, and the phở broth was pretty good. If you’re in the area and looking for some Viet food, check them out. I will be back to try the bun and rice dishes.

I’ve been here several times and each time the food was great. The restaurant is a little hole in the wall type place. The beef phở is delicious and service is good as well. I’ve also had the pork bun which was also very good. The soft spring rolls are a very tasty appetizer. You can tell they are made to order as the shrimp is still warm with the cool vegetables and noodles as a nice counter. The peanut dipping sauce that comes with them has been kind of hit or miss. The prices are very reasonable as well. Nothing fancy, but definitely some good food.

The food was terrific. Started with the Crab Rangoon and they were crispy and very good. Had the chicken Phở and it was excellent. The rest of the group sample a wide selection from the Vietnamese and Chinese menues and all was fresh and very good.

This place was recommended by a friend for the phở. I absolutely love phở. And since this place is closer to my house than where I normally go, I decided to give it a try.
I walked in and there was no one around. I stood there for a few minutes until finally someone came out of the kitchen. I was seated and ordered water to drink, which was brought out rather quickly. I had literally JUST opened my menu when the waitress asked if I knew what I wanted. I asked for a couple more minutes to look over the menu. Not even a minute later she was back asking me if I knew what I wanted. Guess it was a good thing I had a general idea of what I wanted to eat when I went in.
I ordered the combination phở and crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon wasn’t anything special and definitely not the best I’ve ever had, but not the worst either. The phở was ok. Not as good as the place I usually go. I got 1/3−½ of the way through my phở when I found a fly in it. That was the end of the meal for me. I’m not one to cause a ruckus, so I paid my bill and left.
Overall, the waitress was pushy when I was trying to look over the menu, I had to wait a while to be seated when there was no one in the restaurant, and the food wasn’t anything all that special. I doubt I’ll go back, even though it’s close to my house.

Very tasty. Unasuming building. Great Phở and spring rolls. Wish this owner operated this place when I lived here five years ago!

Great food, great service! Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building. The food is sooo good and well priced!

I have been here before when it was another Chinese place. THANK GAWD they’re run under a different ownership. I had the Seafood PHO. DELICIOUS! My friend had General tso’s which was also to die for! The crab ragoon was so creamy and good! We loved it so much we ordered it to go for lunch at work the previous week! Great little place with awesome food! Good Price for Great Food!

Great fresh food. Phở is always amazing! Love the Bun as well. Have a few Thai food items on the menu. Thai tea is amazing! Love the Vietnamese Spring rolls!
Bathrooms are always clean.
Staff are always pleasant.
Very reasonably priced.
More food than you can eat in one siting for sure! Most the time is very chilly so bring a light jacket.

This is one of the few places you can get Vietnamese food in the SW portion of the metro area. The Phở is consistently good and the Bun as well. The restaurant is always easy to get into and the service is quick. The person who appears to be the owner does the cooking as well, she is always quick to recognize us and gives us the special condiments we want to go with our favorite dishes. Al in all a good place to go for Vietnamese in the area!

I have had no better Phở beef than here at wok café. That includes the fancy hip Phở restaurants in LA. My wife loves their beef broccoli. The restaurant is always clean, friendly and quick.

Great food, fabulous Phở and nice people! As someone mentioned, don’t let the outside fool you. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s clean and the service was great. I had Phở and my husband had vermicelli as well as spring rolls. Everything was delicious! Don’t hesitate to go here and enjoy!

I’ve been here often enough to know what I pretty much like… So I basically the the same thing over and over again
Sesame chicken is awesome here (but you have to eat it here… taking it home=soggy), spring rolls are good, and the pork fried rice and of course PHO
the grilled beef with rice or whatever was too salty.

Don’t let the outside fool you. I drove past this place many times thinking it was a typical American-​Chinese buffet type place. The menu actually has a really good selection of Vietnamese and Chinese items. I have eaten here twice now in the last week. The first time I ordered lemongrass chicken and beef phở. The lemongrass chicken was tasty and the phở is as good as it gets here in JOCO. My second trip I just ordered phở and I really hated to admit it but it is as good as what you get on Rainbow blvd and in the Rivermarket. If you are in the JOCO area and need to satisfy your phở craving this is the place to go!
I intend on visiting here often now and I will definitely have to try some of the other choices on the menu.

We went to dinner about 6pm on a Friday night and we were there for a little over an hour and NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT! They did get a few to go orders while we were there.
The waitress was very nice and yes she spoke and understood English.
Spring Rolls — were very fresh and rolled to order unlike some places. The peanut sauce was too runny for my taste.
Shrimp Rolls — Not what we expected. There was ONE SMALL piece of shrimp in each roll. They are filled with chopped white onions and cream cheese. Cream cheese was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. It was basically a «Crab Rangoon» rolled up. We didn’t care for it though. We ordered 2 orders and more than half was left on the table.
Chicken Phở, Beef & Meatball Phở, Combo Phở — They were all good. The bowls were HUGE! They did forget the tripe in the Combo Phở, which we asked for and they brought it out. They also put in a good portion of meat in each of our bowls.
The BILL… They over charged us for the Shrimp Rolls and I of course brought it to their attention and they fixed it.
Would we go back? Yes only if we were out that way. We would not make a special trip just to go eat there.
