I have been going there since they opened in the smaller mall. Today I went through the drive up an ordered. The new guy working there yelled at me through the speaker, when I pulled up at the window and asked why. No apology he defended it and said it was my fault. Wow. Customer service at its best. No going there again !!!

I am not a big fan of Dunkin coffee but, as they were running a $ 1.99 latte special and I had 30 minutes to kill before an appointment around the corner, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to stop in.
The crew behind the counter was polite and they got me my drink fairly quickly. But, what raised my review from 2– to 3-​stars was that they had some very comfy club chairs in their seating area. Believe me, that’s better than having to sit on the standard metal or plastic chairs, and I made the most of them as I waited for my appointment.
So, decent location but, since there are so many in the area I wouldn’t necessarily make a special trip to this site. If you’re in the area and like Dunkin, then here you go.
