Always & Forever Flowers

Warning: do not waste your time with this vendor. I am genuinely surprised by the reviews I’ve read here; their recent management change must be a complete disaster. They’re overwhelmed by the smallest requests, do not communicate with their customers, and do not know the ins and outs of their own business. I called them 3 weeks ago for my upcoming wedding. I live in MD, so I drove up to NJ after speaking with the owner and making an appointment. Even though I had mentioned I gave details for my event on the phone, the owner was oblivious to the fact and said they do not deliver to to MD/​DC/​VA. This is a new owner, who has taken over in the past few weeks. I decided to make my own arrangement for the delivery situation. Towards the end of the meeting, we discussed everything I would need and I was supposed to receive a quote in two days time. I didn’t. I called the following week and the owner claimed that I indicated I was not interested. Clearly, not the case if I’m calling for a quote I didn’t get. I let it go, and requested a quote again so I could place an order. I was suppose to receive it that night, and I didn’t get it. I called the next day and left a message with the store manager, Linda. No reply. I called again the day after and left a voice message. No reply. I don’t understand… I’m giving you business. If you can’t provide it, tell me. Why give a customer false hope and false information? If you can’t provide the service, own up to it. It has been over a week and I have still not heard from them. I obviously made other arrangements, but I cannot fathom how Always & Forever Flowers treats their other customers. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I have so many friends getting married this year and next in NJ and nearby. I will not be mentioning this place to anyone! And if anyone asks me about them, I will turn them away. I can’t see this business succeeding. The owner doesn’t even know the flowers. Definitely not the place to get your flowers from.

Always and forever flowers are SECOND TO NONE In QUALITY, & CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. My husband sent me flowers for my birthday on one of the coldest days of the year. The arrangement was GORGEOUS however some of the flowers didn’t brave the cold too well, so I tried bringing them back to life and failed. My husband insisted that I call and explain what happened. I did and that was the beginning of my «WOW» EXPERIENCE. I spoke with Linda and she was absolutely AMAZING… she was empathetic, understanding and more importantly pro-​active in making it RIGHT! All florist offer basically the same or similar products & the only thing that sets them apart is «THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE» and Always & Forever flowers has that hands down… Thank you Linda
