Me and my daughters stopped in for lunch. Today I decided to taste something different from their menu. I had the tuna roll with fries. It was good. My daughters had their mozzarella sticks with waffle fries and Mandarin oranges and ice cream. Service was good. Our waitress Emily was very good. Overall price was good and place was clean.

Had lunch there today. Service was very slow. Waited a long time before the waiter came to take our order. Waited a long time before our food came out. Unfortunately, he messed up my order so he had to take it back to redo. Did not give us any utensils or napkins. Had to ask for them. My friend finished eating a long time before I get my correct burger. The place was not even that busy. Will not return.

The menu is very small. No turkey bacon or sausage. The people are nice. The place is clean. The food was OK. No butter on the pancakes tho. Playing rap at 8am in the morning. I prefer IHOP down the road.

Better experience during last nights visit!!! Service was much better and friendly!!! We were not rushed in eating at all!!! Definitely do like Friendlys!!! It just sucks that there are not too many around like there used to be!!!

I want to like this place but they make so many mistakes. They’re always busy so I try to be understanding that that’s why some of the servers are rude. But it happens a lot. Every Time I leave, I feel frazzled bc the workers are so frazzled. The other problem is I love the ice cream but whenever we get it to go, they skimp on all the toppings.
It’s not a horrible place, but it’s just not a good representation of the friendlys franchise. I keep going for the ice cream and always hope it will be better, but it never is. Even today, we sat at the counter and the workers ignored us (they were busy, but they could have acknowledged us) and one girl said to a coworker… right in front of us, «why are these people here?» That was rude. She could have asked «how can I help you» haha.
I’ll probably come again out of desperation for a good sundae but if they get good competition around here, they’ll be in trouble.

I agree with most reviews
The restaurant needs to be redone
Carpets and furnishing are old, dirty, and dated.
Everything else is good.
The staff is great, very accommodating.
Food is solid, burgers are above average.
Free soda refills are a plus.
Let’s get to it…
The reason why we all go to Friendlys… the ice cream sundaes.
Their sundaes are awesome, excellent choices for ice cream and toppings.
Reasonably priced and it always makes the wife and kids happy.

This Friendly is in need of a redo plus it was dirty. The floors were very dirty, carpeting torn, dirty, and the bathroom had hair in the sink. Seats old.
The food was alright but we won’t be going back.
The manager should move on this one and have the help that was standing around doing nothing, start to clean up the place including the counter area.

Fast food in a sit down style. Prices are ok for a chain restaurant but please find some coupons to use if you eat here. It isn’t worth paying full price for the food here.

The food is standard Friendly’s fare. No complaints with that. But the place is a total dump. An offending smell hits you as soon as you enter the place. And it doesn’t get any better. The décor would have been an embarrassment even in the 50’s. The ‘carpet’ is worn out and black from all the dirt, the tables are dirty and sticky, the paneling is so dated. I will not be returning here any time soon.

We usually get decent food and service. However, last night was a true nightmare. Almost 2 hours for dinner and ice cream! Food was sloppily made, we waited very long for order to be taken, food to come, no utensils to be had, wrong food but ice cream was heaven. Not enough to rectify night.

Good ice cream. However place was empty at 10:00 pm tonight and took twenty five minutes for a milk shake, two blender things, and a ice cream brownie thing. Def not worth that long a wait. And over heard couple next to me say service is always so slow there.

My wife and I go here pretty often. It’s a good Friendly’s with a amiable staff and good food that won’t empty your wallet. Couple notes:
1) There is a car show that I think is every week on Saturday in the lot right across. Could be a draw for you.
2) I try to avoid the «party room» in the back. I just never enjoy it there. There’s either a huge group of people that are loud and you can’t have a conversation, or they stick you in the room before it where the tables are close to each other and you feel like the people next to you are part of your group or something. Try requesting a booth.
