I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed Tropical Hut in all my years of being a Unilocal member!
I’ve lived in the area for 23 years now and my family and I have been loyal customers ever since moved. Tropical Hut is located in a small strip mall off Route 9 South. It’s not a large store. There are about 3 small aisles of Filipino grocery items as soon as you come in and in the back they have their food that you can either take to-​go or if you decide to eat there, they only have 2 or 3 small tables. Many people, my family included, order large trays of food for parties. Aside from your regular Filipino dishes (Diniguan, Sisig, Adobo, Menudo, Afritada, Caldereta, Pancit, Lumpia, BBQ Sticks, Various Fried Fish, etc) they also have various desserts pre-​packaged and ready for sale.
I LOVE their food. Food is always tasty and fresh and the prices are not bad at all! Many years ago I also used to rent Filipino movies from here. Not sure if they still do that.

The best place for authentic filipino food. Love their snacks. Catering is amazing. I can’t say anything bad about this place. It’s a small grocery store in the front part of the place. Then a buffet area in the back. With only a few tables to sit. It’s a good take out place. Love it! ^_^
