McDonald’s

This is an average McDonalds compared to all the others I travel too. Clean dining room, restroom was clean, staff is friendly (although appeared either a district manager or owner is here today). Ordered a Big Mac no lettuce and generally when I order something special like this from McDonalds they seem to think since you didn’t want one item on your sandwich they make up for it with extra of everything else, not the case today, actually got a Big Mac made like a normal Big Mac with no lettuce and was actually neatly made instead of slopped together.
I still question why McDonalds charges about the same a Chic-​filet but yet the customer service level is on opposite ends of the spectrum???

I can’t stand this McDonald’s. they only fill the fries half way, the fries are cold and almost soggy, the chicken nuggets are always cold, sometimes the sauce can help but that’s if they give you any sauce, the burgers are typically wrong, the sweet tea isn’t very good if they even have it. most the time I’ll just go to hermitage. the only good thing about this place is the people are always nice and they’ll chat with you if you’re stuck in the line that’s taking forever.

Drove in tonight to get nuggets for the kids and decided to get something for my wife and I so we don’t have to cook. Nice guy at the drive says he can take my order but he only has chicken nuggets and fries. Pathetic management and franchise! I really feel bad for the staff who wants to work but don’t have food to serve. I will not be returning.

The last three times I’ve been to the drive through at this McDonalds, their mocha/​hot chocolate machine has «been down.» On a night when temps are supposed to dip to single digits, you’d think they’d have hot chocolate at least. Good thing I called ahead before wasting the gas to go to a McDonalds that never has the capability to give me what I want. Sucks that one even has to wonder if a place that has something on their menu actually can sell you what you want, on a regular basis.
Just awful.

It’s ok. We’ve had a few problems out of this «McDonald’s» but nothing to deter our business. It’s usually pretty quick and «sometimes» fresh!

I mean, all McDonald’s are bad– but this one must be the worst. My food is always wrong.

This is a typical McDonald’s. The drive-​thru is fairly fast although sometimes a particular customer will back it up and cause a problem. One day particularly, I was in the drive-​thru almost ten minutes before finally getting to the window. When I got to the window (breakfast time), the cashier told me they were out of hash browns and it would be another 3 – 4 minutes. Luckily they let me swap it out for something else since I wasn’t going to wait that long, but it was just an annoying experience.
Most of the time the food I receive is cold as though it’s been sitting under not-​very-​effective heat lamps for a while. I even have had two experiences where I received the wrong order. The second time this happened I had driven off with it before I realized the mistake so it was too late to go back and get it corrected.
Some of their prices are ridiculous, but I guess that goes for all McDonald’s and not just this location. But for example, a regular single patty hamburger costs the same amount as a McDouble, and a regular single patty cheeseburger costs –more– than a McDouble. Also most of the regular lunch combos are getting really expensive, so I stick to the dollar menu unless I’m there for breakfast.
