The reason for only one star is this pharmacy needs to change its protocols for accuracy. My boyfriend had a new prescription filled incorrectly. The pharmacy had given him 10 times the amount prescribed by the doctor. Unfortunately, he did not discover this until after he took the medicine. His tongue, arms and hands went numb and I couldn’t get him to wake up. The response from the pharmacy was unacceptable. They replaced the prescription with the correct dosage and a $ 10 gift card. Seriously? How about what he went through, the cost of missing work and the worry of not knowing he was going to be ok? I will make sure family and friends need to go elsewhere with their business. Their lives are too valuable to risk going to this Rite Aid!!!

I have used this Pharmacy for years. In the past year they have started shorting my medications. Mostly pain medication. I let it slide the first few times but when they short you 30 pills on a refill enough is enough. Then they don’t seem at all concerned with correcting the problem. I left Wallgreens for pretty much the same reason. Time to drive a little further and find a honest pharmacy. I wouldn’t recommend Rite Aid to anyone!!! If you use them better go inside and count your pills in front of them! I’m not joking!!!

The store gets a good or ok rating but the cashier made it one star. I walked up to check out and she is popping a zit on her face. I try to ignore this but she literally said nothing the whole checkout. No greeting. No interaction in telling me the balance or when to swipe my card etc. I got cash back and so when the drawer opened she threw money at me and said nothing as she popped another zit. Will never go here again since I’m a germaphobe And if i could have ANY employees around to check me out instead I would have but couldn’t so I guess i have zit covered money from a store that’s suppose to promote health
