If you want rude and bad attitudes and crappy coffee then old orchard beach dunkin donuts is for you and the management sucks just as bad they won’t do nothing about it when you call and they allow there workers to be disrespectful to there customers like myself all summer, but if you would like good coffee and great service head over to saco dunkin donuts they are great and there coffee is much better

I’m confused about the other Unilocaler’s reviews. Every single freaking time I come to this dunkin donuts I leave annoyed about some part of the transaction. 90% of the time there are only. teeneage kids working here… if there is some kind of supervisor or shift leader, you can’t tell from the service. The other day I came here around 3 or 4 in the afternoon on a cloudy day. I was the second person in line. The person before me was in and out with food and drinks. I ordered a single iced coffee and then watched as the cashier took 5 or 6 people’s orders behind mine. As I’m watching this… I realize she’s taking all these orders and not making any. So then she finally calls for someone to come help her from the back room. Once this angry teenager came out, she proceeded to. just make breakfast sandwiches for the orders the other girl took. Now the customer that was three orders behind me has received her food order before anyone has even picked up a cup to start mine. Super annoying.
Now, because I live in mass and there is a dunkin on every corner, I of course continue to go back because this is the closest fix. Last night around 7pm I went back to this location. Not one person in line when I got there. Once the two young girls that were working there finished their conversation and acknowledged me, I attempted to order my. iced coffee. They both stared at me. for a good.30 seconds like I had two heads until one of them said «we’re all out of iced coffee». OK so I get there might be a different brew process for the iced coffee or something… but they didn’t even offer to just ice down regular hot coffee
?? I’d really like to say I won’t go back to this location but they have the market cornered for dunkin in this area.

If you are an iced coffee drinker and want a cup this is conveniently located on the main drag in front of the Old Orchard boardwalk

I am no D&D fan but understand the need for early morning caffeine. While Dunkin is hardly «craft» & corporate I don’t harbor any resentments towards them.
That being said, they are everywhere in New England! We have multiple locations in my small town alone. I prefer my local roastery to their coffee but have a 4 year old who loves donuts.
Why the need for 4 stars? On my recent trip to Maine this was the only location I remember seeing. If you’re staying in Old Orchard Beach this is your only spot for Dunkin.
It’s not anything fancy. You order, wait for your coffee or food & go. It’s streamlined too so you get in & out quick. There are a few other places in OOB to get coffee near where I was staying but they weren’t open as early as Dunkin. If coffee and/​or D&D is your thing you don’t have much choice but know this location is on the up & up.

Open 6 to 10 — Love to come early for coffee them walk the beach before the crowds come.
Night and day from busy street scene to tranquil quiet. The town does a great job of clean up. You can sit out at the benches and sip while you people watch.
This is a small store that is bigger than a window but not much more. There are no tables inside to sit… its a grab and go our should I saw Dunkin on the run.
