Dunkin’ Donuts

Of the numerous Dunkin locations in the vicinity, this is, and has been for years, the worst. I avoid this location entirely because of the history of poor, unfriendly service and order inaccuracy. The food and drink, when actually supplied in proper form and quantity, is typical Dunkin, which is to say: adequate, unless the coffee is burnt, which is maybe 30% of the time.

I’m not sure why people are outraged that there are long lines at a Dunkin Donuts drivethru. Seriously folks, it’s a Dunkin Donuts drivethru. Unless you go there at 4am you’re probably going to wait.
The real issue at this and other Maine Dunkees is the flavor of the iced coffee. I don’t know what these stores are doing wrong but the iced coffee doesn’t taste right. The one in Biddeford has the same issue.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever encountered. I am not sure what the problem is here, but I have received 3 free orders out of a total of 4 because of their apologetic, inept service. I get the feeling this is unauthorized comped coffee and that actually makes it taste worse than it already does.
There is a drive thru, however it moves at such a pace that no longer can be classified as driving through. Today I walked into the shop instead and much to my surprise, I stood at two empty cash registers for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I had the time to waste since my car was being worked on down the road.
I come from CT where there are 5 Dunkin’s on one road, so someone please tell me where the other 4 Dunkin Donuts are, stat.

Dunkin is dunkin. Half the time the coffee is ok and the food is right. I litterally hate driving thru their drive thru it always takes forever and they are usually not very friendly!!! Takes about 5 – 7 min to get thru the drive they faster if you park, go in, then leave. I typically will time myself against cars that are waiting in the drive thru and I typically win! Speed up and get things right and I’ll get another star from me! Sorry

Worst Dunkins EVER. The drive up line was out in the street, The line inside was so long it was going around inside the building. I mean come on people its donuts and coffee can’t be that hard. Service is crazy slow. Several people actually left and went to Starbucks next door.

I am fan no matter what Dunkins I go to.
I did the drive thru deal. They were quick and accurate with the order. Very pleased! :-)
As usual, pleasant cashier and the price is right.
Got my usual coffee (skim milk & 3 spendas) and a breakfast sandwich (Turkey sausge on a plain bagel).
