Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We canceled our reservation well in advance and should have received a refund of our first night’s stay, minus the $ 50 cancellation fee. They refunded it, then the next day they charged it again! No authorization, no reason given. It took me over a month to get my money back and when I respectfully requested that they give me back the $ 50 fee for all the hassle and waste of my time, both my emails were completely ignored. I was going to try to make our reservation for later in the summer but now I would never stay at this place if this is how they treat their customers and make convenient ‘mistakes’ with their credit cards. What a trashy place!
