am an American that Live’s in Mexico full time and I drive to Texas a few times a year to stock my 2 hotels. I have around 25 deliveries to pick up at one time in Texas. I ordered batteries from them to have them shipped and they charged me. Then they said that due to my billing address(Miami) and shipping address UPS store in Texas) being different along with my cell phone being from my home state of California they could not do business with me. The charge was on my spouses card but I guess that shouldn’t have mattered anyways. They then refunded my money. What is up with this company??? Not everyone has a single address or cell phone from one place. Customer service was rude and most disrespectful on the phone. Do not give this company business!
