Chick-fil-A

Pretty much my last time giving this Chick Fila a chance. Just moved to this area and a few weeks ago and I bought my family and movers breakfast. The sandwiches were completely inedible. As if they were old, every one of them.
Today I stopped in for some hashbrowns and when I got home, I realize they’d given me half a box. I paid for a full box, yes? This location has given half boxes of fries to my partner as well in the past. Boooooo.

Chick-​fil-​A has always come through, in my opinion! Generally, I think the overall quality of the fast-​food industry continues to plummet, and the fast food and customer service is grinding to a lower degree at a steady pace. But this chain ‘gets it’!
The food quality always seems to be good, prepared well and much fresher than any competitor. Their stores, like this one, are bright and clean. And the staff are very well trained, and provide very good service, normally with a smile. Nice going

I have visited MANY Chick fil A restaurants in my day but this one is consistently crappy.
Their customer service is horrible and the young people they have there need to take a few courses in customer service.
I went there for lunch today and the girl handing me my order was rude and didn’t greet me. Strike 1 since I am all about customer service where I am spending my money. I ordered the soup and salad and a sweet tea with light ice. The tea was full of ice and she seemed frustrated when I handed it back to her to give me light ice.
Then I get home and the soup has one piece of chicken in it and it is half full. Strike 2 since it is called chicken noodle soup. The soup was hot and full of noodles, but who goes there for their noodles.??
I give this restaurant 1 star because of their consistent poor customer service.
I guess from now on I will wait to go to my Chick fil A where I will get the service I pay for and deserve.

Chick-​Fil-​A, I love the food, but hate the politics.
That being said, when I want something that can be ALMOST healthy (The naked nuggets and the grilled chicken breast sandwich are the best on the menu) and those waffle cut fries, this is where I head to.
They are always friendly at the drive through and I’ve yet to get the wrong order unlike at other drive thru services.

I went to Chick-​fil-​A for the very first time today. While I was trying to figure out what to order… OK, I’m an idiot… Chicken sandwich! Hello?! I mentioned to the patient but amused server this was my first time at a Chick-​fil-​A. They were stunned and claimed everyone else on the planet comes here much more often.
Anyway, I order my sandwich deluxe so it would come with lettuce and tomato. Then, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the ubiquitous american cheese was not the only option. I could have some other vaguely cheese-​like food called «colbyjack». Dare to be different!
Anyway, the sandwich itself was A-​OK. I don’t feel compelled to have another one so I doubt I will. But, never say never!

Two employees from this location turned my bad morning into a nice one with courtesy, kindness and just flat out being awesome. Selina and Tanya (hope I spelled the names right.) You two are the best.

I don’t get the big craze for Chick-​Fil-​A. I ordered their famous chicken sandwich and waffle fries and the sandwich was just ok. The waffle fries were limp and soggy. I also one morning wanted a breakfast chicken biscuit, but accidentally ordered the bagel chicken sandwich and I can honestly say that was the worst bagel I ever had. It was like half cooked dough with a hole in it. Sorry guys

Chick-​fil-​a is decent but feels overpriced. Unlike most fast food joints, I didn’t feel extremely sick after eating it which is a plus. The freshly squeezed lemonade rated the best in my book. I would come back just for that.
I purchased a cow calendar for my mom and it came equipped with a free meal card that gives you one free sandwich a month. I gave it to my friend’s boyfriend since Chick-fil-A’s don’t exist in New York save for one in Manhattan cloistered in NYU. It was a good deal though.
I didn’t go inside but the drive-​thru was fast and the cashiers were pleasant. Coming from the North-​East, I expected people to be overly religious and strange but they don’t even have a Forever 21 vibe. You know how Forever 21 subtly puts bible verse numbers on their bags? Chick-​fil-​A doesn’t do anything remotely like that.
One major con: I cringed at their most notable Polynesian sauce having High Fructose Corn Syrup as the first ingredient but I tried it anyways. Fries taste great dipped in it… but really, it doesn’t need the HFCS. Please. I like the sauce but HFCS freaks me out.

Chick-​fil-​A is one of my all time favorite fast foods. My only complaint is I usually CRAVE them the most on Sunday’s when they are closed.

My wife went to a Chic-​fil-​A restaurant in Oldsmar, Fl. on Tampa Rd. We have been there 100s of times, as it is the only fast food we will eat. She ordered a salad and was eating it at home when she tasted something strange, almost sweet and sour. She looked down and what she saw made her literally puke. She found a chewed, half-​eaten jolly rancher in her salad.
She called me at work crying as she was pretty grossed out. I told her to put it in the freezer and call them immediately. She called the store and they told her to bring the salad back and they would give her a new one, strike one. Then corporate emailed her back and said they were sorry and told her that the store is a franchise and the owner would be contacting her soon, strike two. Noone even tried to contact her since. No manager or owner, or even a clerk to say they were sorry. This was one of the worst things I have ever seen at a restaurant, and I have worked in many dirty restaurants. So disgusting and unprofessional, I will definitely never go to that location again. Just so you know this isn’t BS, I am enclosing my email and name so if you want to double check before you eat there you have my permission to contact me.

Who doesn‘t like Chick-​fil-​A… I have nothing negative ever to say about this place. I don‘t eat fat food but for Chick-​fil-​A anyday. :)

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Chick-​fil-​A. This one was no exception. Excellent and speedy service. They must all get awesome training at this fast food chain. Went through drive through and I ordered my usual of Asian salad with honey sesame dressing. Was delicious as usual! Line was kind of long, but as always, it moved fast and my food was ready when I got to the window. Two thumbs up for this location!

Chick-​Fil-​A is awesome. Unfortunately I don’t get to go as much as I like, because it seems I crave it the most on Sundays, and every time I have to remind myself that they’re closed. Usually it goes something like this:
Christoph: Where would you like to go for lunch?
Me: Mmm, I’d really like some chicken. How about Chick-​Fil-​A? It’s close to home. We can grab it and come back.
Christoph: Babe…-sighs– It’s closed on Sundays. You do this every weekend.
Apparently I have short-​term memory loss when it comes to their schedule.
During those times where I happen to crave their food any –other– day of the week, I am always satisfied. I’ve tried most of their food and have never had anything to complain about. And their service is top notch, too. One night I went when I was hugely pregnant and the cashier offered to carry my tray to the table for me. I was ever so grateful.
Believe it or not, one of my favorite menu items is their sausage breakfast burrito. Ask for a salsa packet and you’ll be good to go. The coffee that comes with the breakfast meal isn’t that great, so I usually go for orange juice instead.
As far as lunch, I’m a fan of the original Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich. Hand breaded chicken fried to golden perfection on a warm, fluffy bun… This sandwich makes all other wannabes hang their heads in shame.
OH! And you haven’t had the full experience til you get a hold of one of their milkshakes. I go for the strawberry milkshake every time. The thick, creamy sweetness of the ice cream and strawberries tastes more like a handcrafted shake than almost any other that I’ve had.
Next time you’re in the mood for fast food, ditch the arches and come here.

Chick-​fil-​a is, in my eyes, the premier fast food retailer in the US. It all starts with customer service which they do a great job training the staff.
From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with well trained associates. This all starts with hiring which they have a dialed in formula. All the employees know their jobs and seem to enjoy doing them.
For fast food, this place is always clean and it is apparent the manager is here working on the floor checking the work o
Place was very clean from the dining area to the bathrooms.
Kids really seem to enjoy the play area.
I will be back over and over. Keep up the good work.

5 stars for the best fast food out there. Everytging on their menu is awesome. My top faves are:
