I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this subway on many occasions because I love subway and I keep trying. This location hires people who don’t take pride in their job. I usually sit in drive through waiting or banging on the window because they don’t answer. Today was the worst. No one in drive through would answer so I park and go in and they don’t have their meatballs ready so they say I have to wait 10 minutes. Then she says the other person didn’t have her headset on and that’s why she didn’t answer the drive through. No apology. Like them not having their act together on time is not unusual for them. No Big deal in their eyes. I never give such a poor reviews but Oldsmar Subway is the worst customer service. They suck. Not just once. You know someone could have an off day, I get it. No problem but this one is all the time. I just walked out today and went to chick fil a where they do a good job.

I wish I could say it was the food. The service is slow as hell. 10 minutes to get a sandwich with 2 clerks and a manager. They did not seem motivated at all.

My family and I had the worst experience at Subway yesterday. We were on are way to Holloscream for family night and stopped to get subs. We are a family on a budget so we had coupons for $ 6 foot long subs. My husband and son were paying separately and tried to use the coupon but were refused because they spilt there sub. Upset I asked why and was treated very rudely by the manager. My daughter and split a tuna sub and they told us we could not use our coupon either. Of course I asked why. And was not given an answer. The young girl at the register seemed flustered and I felt bad but the whole experience almost ruined our family night. I also tried to buy cups with ice but was told no for that as well. Our family eats at the subway in oldsmar at least 2 to 3 times a month but after this nightmare experience we will never visit again.

Very disappointed in your Oldsmar Florida location. I buy a footlong sub 4 – 5 days a week at 10 – 10:30am through the rare drive through location. I’m a Subway rewards member & have accumulated enough points to earn 3 free subs. Today, ordered my footlong steak on wheat & arrived at the window, didn’t have cash & the guy «Michael» said his cc machine was down & I said I was completely out of cash. I told him I might have enough points to earn a free sub, but I guess I was a few points short (I think I have 69 – 70 points). He said there was nothing he could do and suggested I go get cash if I wanted my sub. I am a regular customer & im very disappointed that because your cc machine was down, that I had to go get cash to get my lunch. No more. I at Jersey Mikes across the street. I’ll be taking my business where I’m appreciated. Worst customer service at that location, But I tolerate it because of the drive through.

Just stopped by at 7:45. All the lights are on, the open sign is on and the door is locked with no one behind the counter. There were a couple other confused people outside, too.

I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive through, they never get your sandwich right. One time I pulled in and had to honk my horn for about 8 minutes until someone showed up to take my order. Just go somewhere else :)

We all know Subaway is what it is; cheap products for cheap prices. All their meats taste the same and their bread contains the same material that is used to make elastic. Be that as it may, if you want a cheap sandwich with fresh veggies, then Subway is the place to be, and as far as Subways go, this one is fine by me. It’s a stand-​alone store, clean, orderly and the staff is adequate. My go-​to sammich here is a custom one that I like to call the «turkey, bacon, Swiss.» No matter which location I order this from, it’s always the same and satisfies my sammich craving.
They have a drive-​thru here, but I’ve never been THRU it.

Why is this place rated so lowly? Oh, that’s right! Drive through issues. Let me address that: I’ve only been through the drive through once and yes, it did take a long time, but I knew what I was getting into. I chilled out in my car, listened to the radio, and thumbed through Facebook on my phone. I didn’t have anywhere to be and I just wanted to try it. That being said, if you’ve seen how long it takes them to make a sub here then why would you think a drive thru would be any faster, especially when they have 2 – 3 people making those subs at any given time?
The hubs and I have been here more than a handful of times and I never leave unsatisfied. The sandwich artists I’ve interacted with have been nothing but friendly and follow my requests to a T. Don’t come here if you think the subs are going to be stacked to high Heaven like they make’em look on the commercials. Unless you get your sub piled with veggies it’s going to be pretty flat. So what’s the redeeming quality here? The bread. It really is good. I’ve been loyal to the Italian herbs and cheese bread for years now and always use that as the base of my sub.
The store is clean, the seating is plentiful, and this location is right next to a Walmart and a CVS.

The food is the same at any Subway but be forewarned on any with a a drive-​thru. Go inside. They have NOT figured out the drive-​thru thing yet. They take SO long. … I have been here numerous times. This is NOT an isolated incident.
