When you walk in the door, the décor is brutal. They have a bar located just inside, however they don’t allow people to sit there. Seems like a waste of space to me. When we were here they were out of pancakes, waffles, steak. We ordered an omelet and 2 eggs over easy with bacon. The bacon was under cooked, I wouldn’t have gave it to my pets. Overall I would highly recommend going to Cracker Barrel and waiting the hour on the weekends. We will never come back to this place even if it was free.

Recently changed ownership(?) this place has gone downhill. Expensive and low quality-we won’t be back

I went to this place about a week and a half ago for brunch. We drove 40 minutes to this place because my friend said this place used to be great. Well, it turns out everything has changed from it’s original form. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. We waited a while at our table before having to get up and ask for a server. The server was rude and we eventually found out he was also the manager. Five of the food orders came out wrong or missing items. Everyone had cold eggs and cold potatoes. The cream cheese for the bagel was warm and sour tasting. The replacement cream cheese was cold, but still bad. The crepes didn’t have the requested filling and were mangled and unusable. We asked for the manager, but since he was rude, we spoke directly to the owner. The owner wasn’t much better. He remade the crepes after supposedly fixing the batter. Well, he just mixed strawberries with the pancake mix and made pancakes. Even one of the replacement orders were incorrect again. Despite the horrendous food and service, they had the nerve to still give us checks for all the food that wasn’t even eaten. This ownership/management really doesn’t care about this business. I would never go here again, nor would I suggest anyone even consider going to this place. This restaurant, the manager and owner are a waste of space. This experience reminds me of the value of chain restaurants like BJs Brewhouse, The Olive Garden, and Macaroni Grille, which are usually consistent in their quality and service. They also have a corporation ensuring quality. I would recommend Grand Lux for breakfast/brunch.

Absolutely love this place! My wife and I come at least once a week. Food is fantastic and more important the ingredients are fresh. Usually each of us have an omelette and then split one of the crepes.(The Brie an Pear and the Strawberry hazelnut chocolate are awesome!!!) Give it a try, guarantee you will not be disappointed and the pricing is friendly as well.

Needed a breakfast place in oldsmar and this place looked like it would fit the bill. They were able to seat 10 of us rather quickly. Menu options look really good, would like to have tried many of their dishes. Service was weak, but it seemed like the server was just really busy and overwhelmed. I ordered pancakes and they were tasty. Fruit on top was fresh. My family seemed happy with their meals as well. Portions were large. It’s not hard to screw up breakfast, this place is average, nothing to write home about. It is a suitable breakfast spot in the area though.

Egg Style is one of those restaurants that I thought I would not really enjoy, but was pleasantly surprised. The main draw is breakfast, although they are also open for lunch. They earn four stars for generous portions, very fresh food, and great service. The food at Egg Styles is great, they have some real neat twists on some classics. My favorite items to get here are the Eggs Benedict. They offer several different types of Eggs Benedict, and then offer several different hollandaise sauces to go on it. They also have a great selection of crepes. Everything is always cooked to perfection. I also like that they give you a great selection of fruit with most meals. They have cut back a bit on this, but most meals still come with the fruit. The portion sizes are huge and I don’t think anyone is walking out of Egg Styles not feeling full. Service is great, all of the various servers I have had are fast and efficient, taking orders and getting food out to you extremely quick. The restaurant is clean and uncluttered and has plenty of seating. There is a juice bar here, but I have yet to actually try it, but the menu for the various juices they have looks great, and if they are using the same fruit they serve with meals, you are in for a treat. Over all, I love Egg Styles and if you are looking for a great breakfast, you should stop in.

Their menu sounds delish, but I have been twice and am not overly impressed. I don’t think it is a BAD place for the area, but a tad pricey for what it is. I ordered today their portabella and brie omelet and found the omelet to be a tad… flat. If that makes sense as I love a fluffy, full omelet. It wasn’t horrible, I have just had better. The menu did not state that omelets came with a side and while I assumed(and hoped!) it did, I didn’t know until breakfast came out; and it did come out with potatoes and abasket of toast for those at the table. It was just white bread, which I am not a fan of to be honest. I like options, folks. Service was good though and I will rave about their coffee as it was quite great! A solid three in my book.

There is a lot to choose from on the menu. I wish I could of tried more. I’m a big fan of egg benedicts and they have 9 selections with 4 different types of hollandaise sauces to choose from. I chose the smoked samon wtih chives hollandaise sauce. It was great. It also comes with a nice display of fruits.

I always like an establishment that evolves their menu whether seasonal or daily and weekly specials. This was my first note upon entering was the board posting of their specials. Upon seating, I noted the menu was vast from healthy to traditional to signature dishes. They highlighted fresh squeezed juices, fruit smoothies and cappuccino’s on their beverage side of the menu. I ordered the meatlovers which included 2 eggs your way, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage patties, ham and potatoes(thick diced fried) and toast of your choice for $ 6.95, makes for a hearty jump start to my day. I like the dare to add seasoning to food versus bland and having me to salt and black pepper adjust at the table. The potatoes were like home fries and adequately seasoned and garnished with chives which adds flavor to the potatoes as well. Many dishes seems to be brightly garnish or highlighted with fresh cut fruit which adds a bright glam to their presentation and yes, nutrition. On an experience note, I have noticed over time that service varies a bit from sever to server. Today, my server may be a new hire? and one in training. I didn’t get my toast that came with my meal, but I was ok without it since my protein platter was quite filling. When ordering a cappuccino the machine seems to be out of service more than in service, or I come on the days it seems to have technical difficulties. Note to manager, it may be time to invest in a new cappuccino machine. Though the establishment has a few ups and downs. I think the ups outweigh the downs. Eggstyle definitely has a signature dining, that sets their brand apart from others.

Egg Style doesn’t kid around. They serve breakfast and they do a fabulous job at it. The menu might seem overwhelming for the first timer — Fruits, Sandwiches, Eggs-&-Toast, Crêpe, Flapjacks, Juices, Waffles, Omelets, French Toasts; but don’t let this deter you thinking variety must degrade quality. That is NOT the case here. The variety items(just check the menu link) actually churns out delicious & hearty simplicity. Note the serving of fresh juices as well as egg substitues as well as low fat items. If you are craving the simplicity go for the Eggs Benedict, or Omelets that can be completely customized to your hearts content. If you are feeling a fancy desire, go for the many Crêpe on the menu. One secret — the menu here is really a guideline and recommendation, you can customize your whole meal here. If they have it they will let you combine and mix-&-match. Egg Style is a hit out of the ballpark. You will surely find yourself visiting here repeatedly. If you are one of the guests at nearby hotel looking for good breakfast, skip that dinky offering of a shamed breakfast at the lobby, and just walk across to Egg Style. You will NOT regret it.

I love breakfast and egg selections done well are my kryptonite. Eggstyle looked awesome if a little pricey from my online stalking and I kept an eye out for an opportunity when we would be over this way at brunch. It was well worth the wait! I tried the swiss, asparagus and ham omelet. The asparagus was wonderfully tender and the ham and swiss provided a wonderful balance. The portion was enormous — served with potatoes, toast, fresh fruit and cooked apples. I don’t remember the service being poor but I don’t remember it being outstanding either. Great brunch and I look forward to my next visit.

This is quickly becoming one of our regular weekend stops. The food’s very tasty– nothing too imaginative or creative but good, basic, brunch food. I only wish they had a bar so we could enjoy a bloody mary or mimosa at brunch. The staff has always been friendly but they never seem to get my order just right but always fix it quickly and graciously. I wish there were options for brunch around but this place gets the job done.

I am a foodie and of course I love to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but for some reason breakfast is one of my favorite things to go out for and Eggstyle is a great place to find just that. With that being said, I generally order what I consider a «traditional» breakfast of eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. All of these items are well done at Eggstyle. The eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce is also quite delectable. One of the extra touches I like here is the fresh fruit that comes with almost every breakfast platter ordered. If you’re feeling adventurous, and I do mean very adventurous, try the cretons. It’s hard to describe, but it’s a Canadian breakfast food that is ground pork mixed with garlic and other various spices and made into a spread to put on toast. I’ve talked with many people who are too scared to even try it, but it’s really worth checking it out here. Since the owners are Canadian, you can’t find creton at many other places. I look forward to getting it every time I come in. My only complaint is the coffee isn’t very tasty here, which I think is a necessary item at any breakfast place. Overall, service is good, fairly quick and polite servers. Next time you’re wondering where to go for breakfast, head on over to Eggstyle for a real treat.

They have a very interesting, modern breakfast menu. Great coffee and hot tea, as well as house-made juice drinks and smoothies. The service is always hit or miss – nice servers but not the most attentive. A great place to visit if you have time for a leisurely breakfast– food takes awhile(most of it is fresh made and seriously, WORTHTHEWAIT) and service can be a little slow. Food is consistently good but I really think they have priced their menu too high for the area. I’m a big fan of the pear and brie crepes, and my husband loves their omelettes. Their breakfast potatoes are amazing. Many of the meals come with fresh fruit salad as well which is a plus for me. A great little place we enjoy frequenting from time to time!

So my second visit here far exceeded my first visit with both the food and the service. I came here on a Monday to use the Groupon that couldn’t use on my Sunday visit several weeks ago. I ordered a Mango/Strawberry/Pineapple Smoothie, Smoked Salmon Omelette, and Buckwheat Pancakes. The smoothie was refreshing, filled to the brim of the glass and very satisfying. The omelette had a good amount of salmon, but the cream cheese wasn’t evenly distributed and was sort of chunked here and there. I was really hoping for a light and airy omelette this time, but once again it was flat. The home fries that accompanied the omelette were well-seasoned and delicious. The pancakes were HUGE. They were hearty, fluffy, and had great flavor… all of the characteristics I desire in my pancakes. As I mentioned earlier, the service was a vast improvement from my last visit. My server(Stacy) was attentive, accommodating and had a up-beat attitude which resulted in a more enjoyable dining experience. So overall, I had a much better experience during this visit. I don’t think I would ever come here for the omelettes because I’ve been less than impressed twice, BUUUT the smoothies and pancakes are definitely worth it.

I’ve always drove past Eggstyle wanting to try it but was never able to. The cute restaurant name and the work juice bar grabbed my attention and it wasn’t until Groupon had an deal that I was able to try this place out. I ended up here early in the morning and had good service. It wasn’t AMAZING service but we got through the dining experience without any problems. The food came in on massive plates and it was actually pretty cheap/reasonably priced. I liked the smoothie here because it’s not overly sweet but I did have a few huge chunks of strawberries in my smoothie. The food was also pretty good. I find it way better than any breakfast chains near by. They have a large variety on their menu which is great for breakfast lover and lunchers. I enjoyed my experience here and if I was ever in the area it would be the first place in mind for breakfast food.

Eggstyle is one of my favorite places to eat Brunch. The food is always good, always a feast for the senses and always delicious. Sure the service might be slow, but in the end the quality is decadent. My favorite thing is the Sandwich surprise. Basically french toast, with Ham, Egg and swiss grilled between it. Smothered in a sweet sauce and fruit. It is absolutely HEAVEN! It’s pricy, yes, but it is worth every cent!

This is a solid breakfast option if you’re in the area but probably not worth a trip if you aren’t nearby. Service was slow when I was here around 10 on a Saturday the day after they offered a Groupon. That could be to blame, but I did notice a few other Unilocalers have mentioned slow service. It took more than 10 minutes of being there to get coffee and water, and that was after asking. I’m accustomed to being asked if anyone wants coffee almost immediately after being seated at a breakfast place. I ordered the vegetarian omelet. It was huge and had a high ratio of veggies to egg(exactly as it should be!). It came with a heaping of potatoes sprinkled with green onions, cinnamon apples, toast, and fruit. Prices are a little high for breakfast but it’s actually a deal considering the amount and variety of food you get. The menu was extensive, I’d like to come back and try one of their french toasts. They even had a Danish French toast which sounded deliciously decadent.

I searched on the restaurant as I suspected something Canadian about it, namely the pork spread cup that was a side on my plate. I found there are five of these puppies in Quebec! This was my second visit as I had eggs, bacon, a side of french toast, and the infamous«cretons» or pork spread. You are supposed to spread it on toast., a delicacy that I will leave to the fine citizens of Quebec. All in all, everything here is fresh. The coffee is excellent. You have a huge menu to select from and can eat healthy here. I must say that, coming from the Washington DC area, the prices here are definitely the most expensive of any breakfast place I’ve been to. I do continue to come back to try something else. There is a strange appeal here. Je né sais pas pourquoi!

Excellent breakfast choices! Hubby and I ate there for breakfast on a Friday morning before work, so there were only a few other patrons. Eggstyle has been open for only a couple of months. It took the place of Kouzina which was an EXCELLENT Mediterranean restaurant. So, we had to see if this place was just another greasy spoon, or if it had a different flair… it did! I had the Brie and Portabello Omelet. The omelet was huge and tasty. I love brie and I love portabello mushrooms. Never had brie in an omelet, so I had to go here… I think there was also truffle oil drizzled on it. My omelet came with a choice of toast… I ordered Rye toast., Potatoes and cinnamon apples. Liked the fact that I had a choice of Rye. Cinnamon apples were very good and warm. The potatoes that came with it were not your ordinary potatoes. These potato squares were fried to perfection and were seasoned well. They weren’t mooshy or stuck together… they were little separated pieces of goodness(and I’m not a big on any fried potato including french fries). Excellent presentation as well. Husband had the Brie and Portabello Eggz Benedict. His plate had an even better presentation because it came with a lot of fruit. He got the chives hollandaise sauce on top. Delish! The menu is sooo big and you get complimentary coffee with everything as well. We plan to try the juice bar next time.
