Mixed experience. Definiely a step up from the craptastic Ross up the road. Pretty good selection and clean store.
But I didn’t like that when I tried to exchange something I bought in the wrong size and they wanted to charge me full price instead of the discounted price when I bought it originally. I was getting two more also and was happy to pay full price on those but it took so long and I was discouraged by being up charged on the original so I just returned the one and will get the other items at Perry Ellis outlet instead. Way to lose a customer! Oh well.

Needs more selection. The store needs remodeling but the workers are nice altar customer service just need more clothes and shoes.

For a Marshall’s, this one is pretty good. Located close to Westchase, this is the Marshall’s I frequent the most.
It’s located in the same plaza as the AMC theaters and green market café.
Parking is Never an issue and they even carry a few pieces of furniture.
The store is always clean and the employees are helpful enough.

I was really surprised when I walked in, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I do a lot of shoppping at Ross, but I might switch over to Marshalls, after all, where else can you find Coach & other HIGH END name brand items at really low prices. I’m talking about Coach shoes for $ 49 & wristlets for $ 25.
I ended up buying a pair of Bright pink sneakers, a pair of Famous maker wedges and a few other odds and ends, I was happy to come out of there with what I bought for well under $ 150.00.

Nice store with a pretty helpful staff. They have some pretty good deals but you have to look for them. Store is not messy or cluttered which is normally the case for discount retailers. One of the better stores in the area.

Since moving to Florida, I’ve become sort of lazy
Not in the active department, that would be crazy
But in the dressing up and looking nice aspect of my life
I’ve somehow converted to being a wearing gym clothes housewife
And this Marshalls has contributed to my bad habit
Because they stay continually stocked, dagnabbit!
Everyone time I go in they have a new shipment of gym wear
And I contribute to their bottom line by buying my share
They always have the hard to find skinny mixer drinks
and their home good selection is very diverse me-​thinks!
Plus, this location is always super clean and shiny
and the returns are super easy, so I don’t get whiny!
Overall, I recommend this Marshalls for what it is
a discount designer shop selling biz!

Simply put, I will stop by occasionally to see if I can score tennis or running clothes. Why not? Most stores are overpriced and I might trip over great stuff at ridiculous prices. I think my best buy was a $ 60 pair of DKNY jeans for $ 19.99! The bad news is I can no longer wear them as they are too big and I’m now styiln’ a runner’s bod! Life is rough! :P So, now I’m still hitting Marshalls for new designer jeans! Trash your pretentious ‘tude, and you just might trip over a great designer’s label at stupid cheap prices. Think more money to party! YEAH!

I have been to several Marshalls stores in our county and this is the one that top them all. Whoever manages this shop did great job to satisfy us customers.
Most of discount retailers all share similar problems. That is the lack of neatness of how they place and rearrange their merchandises. I guess it reveals the inefficiency of management. This Marshall store did the opposite. It is clean, organized, easy to find things, restock frequently and always provide help to customers. I have done plenty shopping there and every time, I find something unique. It is one of my favorite store.
AMC locates at the same plaza as well as other cafes, health shop… etc. It is a nice and safe place to shop for everyone.

One of my go-​to shopping destinations. This Marshalls location has a large shoe shop selection, which is fantastic. The racks are always pretty organized, and you can always find some of the best deals in the store! Love it.
