Arrived at 7:45am with all the paperwork and insurance completed as requested for an 8am appointment.
Still here at 10:00am and yet to see the doctor. Eyes dilated, sitting in a room and waiting.
Wife just said waiting room and parking lot packed.
If you have all day to sit around like a lemming, this is your place.
No excuse except they overbook.
Plenty of other eye doctors in town, and I will make sure to take my business to a place that appreciates a customer’s time.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. Dr. Muller has to be the most rude Dr I’ve ever encountered. I was there for over four hours for my appointment. Nobody said anything to me about how long tests would take and such, so I had no idea. Almost missed my flight out that afternoon.
She’s condescending and useless. Talking down to me when I asked questions and even handed me a pamphlet and told me to read about my condition. No crap! I did read about it! And how it can cause blindness, to which she responded «no it doesn’t «. Really? Because when I go through very reliable sources (others with the same condition and other Drs, that data is there to support blindness if left untreated.)
Do your research and go see someone else.
