The staff was nice. Food was like fast food, but pricier. This was my first time here. I most likely won’t go back for a burger, but shakes are good though.

Sad that you only can go as low as 1 star. The grilled chicken was not good. Fries and waffle fries were ok. Hamburgers were cold and greasy with wilted veggies. Kids meal with chicken strips ok, but chicken was tough and chewy. For 2 adults, one teen and one toddler total bill was $ 30 and we wished we would’ve gone elsewhere.

The location is only missing a Wendy’s in the vicinity to have the chains together, as Burger King and McDonalds are right next door. It was a shame when some area BYB branches closed, but what a relief that they’re still around. I go for the regular burger or their mushroom Swiss. It really tastes like a backyard home cooked burger, like the Mix-A-Lot song«real thick and juicy»…the real treat is the fries… if eating with someone else, get the Waffle Fries along with the seasoned ones. Their slogan that they don’t really need ketchup is accurate, but I drown them anyway… if you still have room, get a milkshake as a guilty pleasure.

4 stars only because it wasn’t THEBEST but it was pretty good; worth returning for. Food was fresh and hot, delivered to the table. Environment was relaxing although the seats aren’t padded so you’re not going to stay long! My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi not Coke. Good value for a $ 10 meal. Certainly more than a step above the fast food burger chains, on par with Five Guys if that sets a standard.
