Been coming here for years, staff is absolutely wonderful, treat you like family.
Great food, great prices, great place for family or date night!!!

Very disappointing. Service was lackadaisical. Large margarita was 90 percent ice. When we asked about it, there was absolutely no attempt to try to make it better. Just – this is the way we do it. No apology of any kind. Never received the tortillas we requested. Prefer to give my business to a proprietor that cares about customers.

My coworkers enjoy coming here because they have large portion sizes and a lot of seating space.
However, I’ve found a BUG either on our table or IN our food at least 3 times coming here. It’s never somewhere I would go if I had a casual choice.
The food quality is really not good especially compared to a lot of other Mexican I’ve had. Their mango chicken seems to be the best and that’s what a majority of my co-​workers get.

My husband and I have been coming here for many, many years now. Recently there has been a change. I don’t know who the new manager is but I miss Mr Louis alot. We went in with a coupon for buy one entrée get one half off. The catch is you can’t use coupon with any other offers. So it happens to be happy hour while we’re there. Knowing that’s off limits to coupons we order 2 MEDIUM margaritas first then order 2 happy hour margaritas later and we were still not able to use our coupon! We bought 2 regulars on purpose! Clearly a mistake! The two mediums at regular price did nothing for us. The wait staff there is to notch. I will greatly miss them. The practices there are now terrible.

Excellent food. Service was a little slow considering there was not a huge crowd. Quality of the food made up for it.

This place is horrible. Slow service, bad food and rude manager. They charged me for salsa when I asked for spicy salsa. The salsa they bring with the chips is watery and flavorless.

I really liked my visit here. The waiter talked me into getting something delicious that I’ve never tried. It came in a stone with meat, cheese, peppers and onions with this great sauce. The serving for one could serve 2. I totally recommend this place. Friendly. Good and worth going!

Staying in Olive Branch for work and this place was right beside my hotel so I decided to give it a try. Just like any other Mexican place chips and salsa to start. The chips here were how I like them, warm and thin. I can’t recall the name of my dinner but it was under the fajitas section. It had chicken, chorizo, rib eye, onions, cactus, and beans & rice. It was good but not great. The service was very friendly and I would go back.

Over the last 3 years, I’ve been here at least a dozen times for lunch with co-​workers. I think that the food and staff are great. Unfortunately I always order enchiladas verdes (it’s become my Mexican restaurant favorite) so I can’t comment on the other dishes. I imagine that happy hour would be great here too since I see that they have a full bar. One day I may come during that time.

Great service, the food has great seasoning, and although there’s a lot of Tex-​Mex items on the menu, as a real Mexican I can ask for simple authentic dishes prepared and they always deliver. The ambiance is great, and overall this is the perfect place to come and chill with my loving american friends.
I always ask for the spicy salsa they have on the back… I goes great with my carne asada tacos, or my shrimp quesadilla with sauteed onions.

Great food, good customer service. Not the best Mexican I have ever been to, yet pretty good.

I have been here several times. This is a great place to enjoy a nice Mexican dish. There are so many selections on the menu that I needed ten minutes to narrow things down. The food is good but it gets busy during evening hours (after 7PM). The food came out 10 minutes after we ordered which was very good considering the number of patrons there. Prices are very reasonable (no more than $ 10.00) for the amount of food you receive. I guarantee you will not walk out of this place still with an appetite!

I like the ‘new’ casa Mexican, bar is renovated and expanded, great food and drinks, much better than the ones in Memphis, I like it.

I decided to try this place out on a road trip I was on after I decided Mexican was the food of choice tonight. From the outside it looked lively and clean and that was exactly what I got after going in.
I was seated quickly and my service was decent, a little slow but not to bad.
But now on to the food which I thought was solid. First the standard chips and salsa which I think is a huge part of any Mexican meal. The chips weren’t bad more of a thin chip style with a more runny salsa which had good flavor but not chunky which I prefer. I ended up getting the ultimate burrito for my main course which had steak, rice, beans, and cilantro. I enjoyed it very much food had good flavor and was warm. Not much else to ask for.
Overall service was decent nothing good or bad which didn’t bother me and food that had large portions and good flavor. In my opinion above average Mexican worth the stop if you are in town.

We love this place– I can’t believe I haven’t written a review before now!
Our friends all like Casa so when we get together we do it here. They are super fast and super attentive — even with big groups. Our margarita glasses are always replaced before they’re empty and we never have to ask for chips. We always get beans and rice for our baby — and they always bring it out before the adult food which keeps baby happy and conversation going. I love a place that caters to my kids so I can enjoy my friends!
We usually get our family night Mexican food at Rancho 2 on the other side of town because it’s closer and smaller — and we enjoy Thursday night music.
The food is different– but both are awesome — we just order to fit the restaurant’s strengths.
At Casa, the ceviche is heavy on the onion and peppers but it’s always fresh. I order it every time.
Ranch does steak dishes well– my favorite is Diego’s quesadilla.
My husband likes tacos al carbon at Casa and gringos al pastor at Rancho.

Out of all the Casa Mexicanas in the area, this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly, the manager is omnipresent, and the food is spot on. I like the Milanesas, a thin sliced breaded steak with sides, and it never fails to fill me up. Their Margaritas are strong without being overpowering, and their featured appetizers are good to share with a group. If you have room, their desserts hit the sweet spot. For chain restaurants of Mexican fare, they’re among my favorites.

Stopped here on a road trip since it was conveniently located across the parking lot from our hotel and received good reviews on Unilocal.
The hostess that greeted us couldn’t even be bothered to lift her head off her hand when she boredly asked how many in our party. We answered four, then she grabbed menus and muttered ‘follow-​me’.
The restaurant was only a quarter full on a Saturday night at 7pm, and she sat us next to the loudest table of six people. More annoyingly, we needed a high-​chair and the table she chose for us was in the middle of a busy walkway so servers had to squeeze behind the chair.
The food was average but it did arrive very quickly — my husband had the Enchilada Rancheros, I had nachos (I found it odd that they didn’t have lettuce, tomatos, guac, etc) and my kids had an enchilada and a taco. The margaritas going by our table looked great, but we didn’t want to stick around any longer than we had to due to the loud crowd at the neighboring table.
I’m thankful the food arrived quickly so we could leave — the noise from the neighboring table made it impossible for us to talk. I certainly realize this was beyond the control of the restaurant; however, the rude hostess could have seated us at any of the many open tables rather than right next to the rowdy, loud table.
Additionally, the staff was overall not friendly. When we left, the three people around the hostess stand could not be bothered to pause their conversation and ask about our dinner or tell us to have a good night.
Overall — unimpressed and wouldn’t go back.

Absolutely awesome great unique dishes with a very friendly atmosphere. I’ve been back twice this week!

This place was good! They have a lot of good vegetarian options. I almost wish I had been more brave and gotten something a little bit further from the norm.
I had a bean burrito and a cheese enchilada – it came in a combo with rice and beans or potatoes, and we mentioned that I was a vegetarian but I guess our waiter forgot because the potatoes are covered in ground beef.
Outside of that, everything was nice. The food came out super fast, the cheese dip was even better than the stuff from El Porton, and the burrito was quite good.
I also liked the consistency and spiciness of the burrito sauce and salsa. The enchilada sauce could stand to improve a bit, but it was still very tasty.
The restaurant was also noticeably cleaner than most of the Mexican places in Memphis. So if you’re in Olive Branch and in the mood for Mexican, I’d definitely recommend it!
