Buffalo Wild Wings

I once loved bw3. It has suffered a decline. It took way too long for us to receive our order and I chose poorly thinking the garden crashes would be somewhat healthy. The pita chips were very fried and the ‘hummus’ and ‘tzatziki’ tasted like nothing like hummus and tzatziki. They had a very chemical taste. Even my favorite buffalo chips that I stole from my husband’s plate have changed. Soggy and not very cheesy. I mourn the loss of this formerly good option for bar food.

I like sports bars, specially on Saturdays during college football. I also like beers to go with my meal at dinner. So what could go wrong when that is your specialty? I have mixed feelings with this location in particular. Mostly it has been issues with the food. Sometimes the food is cold. Last time it was my fries and my sliders were not to far from being cold either. Other times they’ve just gotten some part of my order wrong.

Food and service was good as usual. Great place to catch up with on sports and watch a couple of games.

I noticed that the average on reviews in 3 stars. I’ve been here a few times for happy hour after work and I haven’t been disappointed. I like the BWW wings in general but lemon pepper is my favorite. They also have just about any beer that you’d want (including hard alcohol if that’s your thing).

Ok, I love this place, it is a great place to hang out and have a party. we went to this place to celebrate my sister’s birthday party. we had a bunch of us, and we all were at a large table. i will begin my review now…
Seating
We didn’t get seated right away, but that is only because we had to wait on so many guest to arrive, but once everyone was there, we were seated almost immediately. we got a large table, that wasn’t dirty or didn’t have any open faced PB and J sandwiches (you know who you are) in the seats. I was a fan already of this one.
Sanitation
I always check for sanitation when I go to restaurants. I went into the bathroom, and it was clean, everything seemed to work just right, one of the cleanest bathrooms at a restaurant. The table was clean as well. The only problem was that there was a mess on the floor of ground up chips. It was fine though, I let someone else get stuck with that spot, and that was that. My next seat was sparkly clean. I could tell that the janitors do their job at this place for the most part.
Service.
We had a nice waitress, she got our orders fast, and the drinks that she gave us were filled with drink and they were large, too. She was friendly, and brought us what we ordered, like we ordered it. we got it as described and as portrayed as it would be on the menu. She was a great waitress who was excellent at her job.
Food.
The food was delicious, and I ate it cheerily. it was tasteful and full of flavor. I would say the food itself justifies this review, along with the great and helpful crew that works there. i’m going to eat here again, I just love it. Youd on’t get great tastin’ wings just anywhere, you get buffalo wings that are wild at buffalo wild wings.
That was my review on buffalo wild wings, i enjoyed it and i would love to eat here again sometime. As the Unilocal 4star rating caption says, Yay! I’m a fan. I would easily give this place four stars.

Love the Olive Branch BWW! Consistently good food and service. Tonight’s service was no exception. Our waitress, Chantel, was excellent, very attentive and detail oriented! We tired the fiery Apple sauce (lab sauce this month) and it was very unique! I will definitely order it again, though another waiter said not many people have liked it. Recommend the OB BWW!

Would be really nice if new servers weren’t thrown on the floor and have no clue about their menu or food. Ordered 70.00 worth of food and literally had everything come out late or incorrect.

Attack of the TV’s! This is the epitome of a sport’s bar.
The happy hour here is a fantastic deal. Margaritas or Jack Daniels & Coke for $ 3 (doubles for $ 5).
There’s free trivia to try your hand at, which can be fun with the right group.
The wings? Meh. There are SO many excellent places to get wings in Memphis that I tend to forgo these oversized, fatty wings. The sauces are really tasty, though.

Increasingly disappointed with this BWW. Food and Drink Service is not what it once was. We keep going back, hoping for improvement but I’m not seeing it. I don’t get it. Cant help but wonder why this is the only Sports Bar in a town of more than 35,000 people? Guess the lack of competition is allowing the restaurant to be successful despite overall poor service and poor food quality. I’m sure we will go back, but I’ll be looking for improvement.

Unfortunately this is currently the only sports bar in olive branch. Our waiter was terrible, made it to the table about every 30 mins. Refills occurred seldom unless you basically handed the cup to him or flagged him down to come to the table. The food is only ok at best. For those of you health conscious, there is no healthy choices or options for those looking for any.

We kept going back hoping the food would get better, it didn’t. The wings are terrible and fatty. Order never comes out cooked right. It’s unfortunate that we can’t eat at the BWW in our own city, but we have to drive to the Southaven location to get food that tastes good.

Great wings and sauces, fun atmosphere and lots of tvs. Great place to hang out and watch football or other sports while enjoying a few beers.

Always great food AND great service. Of course the wings and ALL those sauces/​flavors to choose from are great but I went different this time with a wrap. Awesome! You still get to choose the flavor/​sauce. I loved Asian Zing and want to try Parmesan Garlic next time!
It also helps that we are huge sports fans and they always either have the event on that we want OR will gladly seat you where they can put your event on.

Incredibly disappointing… I’ve stopped going. Food is mediocre. Service is great. Management has destroyed this place. Can’t vap although there is no city ordinance against it. Can’t sing happy birthday for fear of some nonsense copyright law when I can go to a restaurant a block away and they sing it… no more trivia! Why go here??? Trophy room got a new customer…

I get it… I just don’t like it that much… I am not a fan of the sports bar thing at all.
I am usually dragged here by my wife or kids. I am not sure what the pull is with this place really. The wings are kind of small in my opinion. They do have a bunch of nice flavors to choose from though so that makes up for the tiny wings a bit.
I like the Asian Zing or the Caribbean Jerk sauces. The Queso Dip is pretty tasty… oh, and those Potato Wedges aren’t bad either.
If you love sports (I do not) then I guess this place may be a better fit for you than me. I’d rather not eat with a side of sweaty man cave vibe.

I had such a great time at this location. I’ve gone to at least three locations and this one had the best service. Our waiter was quick and really nice. Prices weren’t crazy either. We had some wings and of course some beer :) overall I loved this visit to Olive Branch.

I eat out a lot and ive had good service before but nothing to comment on. However this place had comment quality service. The food was a good as i expected but the people made the experience. Sam our guest experience captain was friendly and helpful and introduced us to a few new things on the menu to try. If i lived in the area i would deff return regularly.

So we frequent this place– though I often neglect to Unilocal it– which makes it tough to update this review.
Recently, the quality is lacking–
Take tonight for example:
the service was fine –in a I really would like to see my soda refilled kind of way
The food was disappointing– as in this is my favorite salad but what happened to the tomatoes and cucumbers? And woah, are those bacon bits in your burger with one single sautéed onion?
So it was a rough night in the kitchen, but unfortunately that is happening more and more often.

The Only good thing was the wings were hot temperature wise. I Ordered a medium size wings (14) spicy garlic on-​line for pickup. I didn’t notice till after getting them home that under the top layer of wings there was little to no sauce on most of the rest. What’s the point of them even filling the order if they are that stingy with one of the main ingredients? The sauce. I called and told the manager and the best he could do is offer to replace them as opposed to offering a voucher or discount the next time. I was watching the NFL and hungry now so I ate most of them anyway. I don’t want more wings at this moment. I would have even brought the remaining ones back to prove the problem. I hate when a place expects and makes it necessary to make two trips wasting my time and my gas because of their poor quality. I won’t be back. There are too many other places to get wings around here that make more of an effort. This place I think is relying on their name and past success for business. Seems they are not interested in repeat customers.

I come here for the games not the food. This location has dropped the ball on their food. If it weren’t for NFL Ticket and college football this place would probably close.
