From the start I did not receive the minimal customer service. The units available did not meet my needs the day I was in the store. I advised the size a couple days later and was assigned a unit 11 days to fit my needs.(This above I accept as poor planning on my part.) I paid for a unit not utilized and received my updated paperwork as of 9−27−15. Surprisingly enough, they did not update any dates as left the old unit date of 9−18−15. I just chalked it up to a simple error and provided paperwork. The site wanted me to pay another month taking me now to November 18th and my unit was already empty as of 10−22−15. I was willing to again take the hit and just pay the oversight but release the un-needed unit. The staff advised they would take the empty unit however, either way, I’m paid till November 18th and they cant refund or pro-rate. «They did refund a 20.00 late fee» that is surprising, since my paperwork says payment due on 10−27−15. So the offer to take a $ 20 fee that shouldn’t be there in the first place almost made me laugh. I’m more upset at how the sloppy paperwork and lack of customer care I received. The entire two weeks I actually used the unit, paying for two full months, has me shocked and appalled.(Not to mention they never offered the one month free I was told over the phone with the sales representative). Wish I would have read these reviews. Looks like this is how they do business. If I could do this over, I would have never stepped onsite.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a commercial establishment. After doing research, I decided to rent a locker from this location even though they were the highest place in town, they were closest to home and offered a first month free coupon. After battling through the attitude the attendant had to find a acceptable unit, I was informed that the coupon would not be honored because they only had one unit left! When I called her out on the bad business practice, I was told to leave the store. Save yourself some grief and call around town. You will find better people and better prices. I ended up finding a climate control unit for the same price as one of their non climate controlled unit(same size).
