This doctor is bad news. He does not look at the patient before deciding in 10 seconds a diagnosis. He gives an impression that he knows without looking at the skin rash the problem and rushes to write a prescription

The office staff and this person who calls himself a doctor are horrible. I would not recommend this practice if you want real
medical help. I brought my son in as a new patient and the receptionist took over 20 minutes to give me a new patient form to complete. Why did it take so long for her to give me something that did not require anything more from her than to hand me a clipboard and pen?
Dr. Barnett was the worst doctor we have ever had. He barely looked at my son’s skin problem and his diagnosis took 40 seconds! He just seemed uninterested and cold. I was dissatisfied with his diagnosis and the lotion he prescribed has not improved my son’s condition whatsoever.
