VERY, VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE. I ordered a quart– I only noticed when i opened container at home it was wrong(no pecans in my butter pecan). Returned to fix it. Manager/Owner said I should have said something at the time. He said, «Do you want a cupful of pecans?» I replied no, just give me what I ordered. He made it, then wanted to charge me full price even though it was their error. What?!? Son of owner made nasty comment when he thought I was out of hearing. Wow. Haven’t seen cust. service like this in years. Not only did they lose a customer, they had to throw out the ice cream they just made– so what was the point of not standing by their product?

We usually love Cold Stone but the customer service at this one is definitely not great. Unfriendly management. Would drive to Kentlands for a more pleasant experience.

My family eats ice cream at least once a week — it is the desert they enjoy and we know all the spots. They all work hard in school and with sports and this is the treat for the week. at least once a week winter, summer, whenever. The ice cream is good as are the toppings. Big selection and good combos on the menu. The dark choco ice cream is the big family favorite but they seem to be out of it a decent amount which is disappointing when menu is not consistent. Two things to work on — service and lines are slow! I assume it has to do w profitability but sales matter too and when we drive by and peak in the window and that line is across the window, we know service is so slow that we will be waiting forever and we keep driving and find another place. Amount of toppings is also a draw back — they skimp = profitability issue again. If we order oreo or peanut butter etc, the hope is you get plenty of it to enjoy and that is not always the case. The larger serving you order, the few toppings you get on a relative basis… Order small if you want bang for your buck w regard for toppings… if you order larger sizes, you get little additional and its too dispersed and not very tasty. Great shakes here though. Oreo shake w extra oreos is addictive.

Taken over by new management. Slow service, no customer service, rude managers and incompetent employees. you’re better off getting Rita’s right around the corner, or even Ben and Jerry’s anywhere else. After standing in line for 15 minutes, having only 1 person in front of me, and getting no service, I will never be returning here and I urge anyone of honor to do the same. The customer should be the lifeblood, not the after thought. boo you olney cold stone new management, you should be ashamed.

Pretty much like any other Cold Stone. Good ice cream, fantastic milkshakes, and friendly service.

One of the girls working here overcharged me for a small ice cream. Also, I’m pretty sure they got rid of the $.01 difference between«Like It» and«Love It». It’s about time.

A hot, humid summer evening Swamp crotch abounds, sweat is teeming Head to Olney and what do you know Yogiberry and its refreshing goodness is closed Your pits are still sweaty, the night is still hot Go home empty handed, defeated you will not Walk up the hill to the Olney Cold Stone You’ll soon find out you are not alone The line snakes out at 40 past 9 «Will cold goodness ever be mine?» The line moves slow, slow, slow, slow. Made even worse by the employees singing — which blows You get to the front, the moment you’ve been waiting for Should you get the Love It for only a penny more? Aw what the hey, throw your diet to the curb And enjoy 2000 calories in a Maryland suburb With any of their signature creations, you can’t go wrong But don’t tip them or they’ll break out in song With comparable prices, I think Yogiberry is greater But Cold Stone is great b/c it’s open later So for cooling me down, Cold Stone I thank you So much so that you’ll be my 100th review
