Jerry’s Subs and Pizza

Subs are delicious. I’ve ordered dozens of times and have yet to be let down in any way. Mozzarella sticks just ok but honestly, their loaded cheese fries are legit!
Great food, great service; I’m a fan!

great cheesesteaks and decent fries and pizza. am very happy that they now have cheesesteaks with cheezwiz on them so it makes it closer tasting to actual philly cheesesteaks. we used to get burgers occasionally but now they don’t have hamburger buns anymore so that is a disappointment to us. prices are a little more expensive that i would like based on the quality of food you are getting.

I showed up right when they were closing but they took my order and made me a sandwich for my son! All with a smile. I had already driven by a bunch of closed restaurants so I was very grateful that they were so helpful.

Cold food, and a terrible attitude from the manager, who actually had a conversation about an employee’s work right in front of customers.
It’s always starts with management.

This place gets my order wrong half the time, food is rarely hot BUT the fries are good enough to send this to a 3 Star review.

Today’s manager 7−17−15 took my order over the phone, but didn’t place it. Waited over ½ hr for my one 12″ sub and she refused to come talk to me.

Tonight we did online ordering for delivery. One large cheese pizza and one cheese steak with lettuce and tomato. Delivery time of 7:57. Our food arrived at 8:10. The sub had mayo on it. We HATE mayo. I double checked my online confirmation and verified that I did not request mayo.
A few weeks ago we stopped in for carryout. It took a solid 5 minutes for us to be greeted. The place only had a few customers, so I don’t get the rude cold shoulder.
It appears the owner/​manager is rarely on site, and the few times I have seen her, she is not welcoming at all. The place appears to be staffed exclusively by teenagers. They are not mature enough to run a restaurant by themselves.
Is anyone else tired of the hall of mirrors décor? This place needs to be updated so it is welcoming and family friendly. But not so fast. If the Good Earth was correct when I inquired about the parking lot division, they may not want to put any money in the place until they get the OK from whomever takes over Good Earth’s space.
If the only way Jerry’s got a permit to open at that location was by the exception to have an agreement from Good Earth to share the parking lot, then the county should have never granted the permit. What if the new business in Good Earth’s space does not agree to share the parking lot? Why would you operate a business while at the mercy of another business?

Don’t go here. Management is rude. First they tried to overcharge us. When we did get home we realized the whole order was wrong. Not a huge deal, but when we asked the manager whether we’d be compensated for our time, she was extremely rude. Will not go here again.

Bleh. Jerry’s pizza makes me queezy. It really isn’t good and definitely worse than Pizza Hut/Domino’s/Papa Johns. The Monday Night Special is really cheap but not worth stomaching it to save a few bucks. The service is really slow and the place is usually pretty dirty. The potato wedges are pretty good though and I like that they serve birch beer.

It’s your typical chain fast food place. It was relatively clean & staff were friendly & nice. Got a super cheesesteak with fries. Fries were fresh & crispy. Cheesesteak was as expected, not your best, but good & greasy for a fast good joint.

Terrible experience! Got carry out for first time in a long time. Owner/​manager double charged my card. I questioned if I would be billed twice on the spot and she snapped at me that «of course not because you did not sign twice» Well glad I saved my receipt, because I was charged twice. When I called to complain she hung up on me!
Also brought a party of 25 teens, almost filling the dining area on a slow tues night. Of course in a place this small it would be loud. She was rude and yelled at the group several times. (They were just trying to get a group picture.) Our group cleaned up after ourselves and she was SCREAMING what a mess it was.

Food has always been excellent! Salads are filling and very good. Delivery is always fast!!! 5 stars!!!

The last time I went here. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Not the best one. They didn’t sauté the mushrooms long enough and it really was not that good.

Go here for the Monday Night Special: Large cheese pizza for $ 5.99. A large pizza can easily feed three adults. On a regularly priced night, you can still get a large, plain pizza and three draft beers for less than $ 20.00. Not a bad deal, and the pizza is good. There’s also a small condiments bar with things like dried red pepper, chili sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, banana peppers, etc. so you can jazz up your order for free.
As for the restaurant itself, it’s fairly clean, and the staff are always friendly. Overall, a decent place for a casual, inexpensive meal.
