this was my last try for the olney Ledos.
40 minutes to get another undercooked pizza. and they weren’t busy.
you can’t talk to a manager because there isn’t one. it’s a shame that the employes have to act as if they care but yet can’t do or try anything to fix the problem.
makes me think that this Ledo location is on its way out.
if you live in the mill your better off going to the Redland location.

Went there saturday night for pizza. there were about a dozen tables filled and they were overwhelmed. It took 10 minutes before they came over to ask if we wanted drinks and if we were ready to order. Ordered appetizers and pizza. Never brought the appetizers even after I told them twice I would like the appetizers before the meal came (they did that last time) but they brought pizza about 30 minutes later. Lots of inexperience and excuses at this place.

As usual their pizza is the very good. My daughter and I ordered a pizza Friday night for take out. It seemed like they were busy because they told me it would be 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I don’t really order pizza a lot so I just asked for a plain cheese and we got their normal crust pizza. I was alway used to their thin crust which I think is their best pizza. I wish I knew to specify I wanted thin crust. But anyhow, they do have the best pizza sauce too. So it was an enjoyable meal.

I love Ledo’s, however the carry out experience needs a lot of improvement. Ordered pizza on line, arrived at the restaurant at that time for pickup, and it wasn’t ready. Sadly there were many folks also waiting for their pizzas and having the same kind of experience (15 — 20 people waiting for carryout). The counter staff really needs to be trained in being responsive to the customers, there wasn’t any «can I help you?» or «apologies for the wait folks» offered on their part. They seemed basically pretty apathetic and disconnected. Ledo’s you haven’t been a Maryland tradition to let things slide to this level. You need to up your game and train your staff properly. The staff was young adults and they need more guidance than they are receiving at your Olney restaurant.

I’ve been to 6 Ledos in Mont​.Co and in my opinion Olney Ledos is my favorite, everything is prepared and cooked perfectly and their customer service is excellent!

Terrible experience tonight with on-​line ordering. One pizza was ordered at 6:00 and promised for 6:35. Arrived at 6:30 and told it wasn’t ready yet. Fifteen minutes later, told it would be soon. Half an hour later told it would be another half hour. Couldn’t cancel and get a refund – «That Manager won’t be in until Friday.» Then told that the pizza was just put in and it would be 8 minutes. 20 minutes later – almost an hour after I arrived to pick up my pizza – did I get it.
And not one person apologized, acted sorry, or did anything to try to make it better.

We ordered a «Philly Cheesesteak» for take out. I’m not quite sure what they made. I know we are not in Philly but we were looking for a hoagie roll with steak and cheese. Not only did it not resemble a cheese steak sandwich but it tasted horrible as well.

Ledos is hard to get excited about but the pizza is pretty good. The crust makes it and the Olney location is clean and the service is good. You walk in and there is a pretty great take out service and walk to the right and you can sit down. The décor is decent and the pizza is Ledos pizza — a well known taste and experience but nothing amazing. I give it three stars relative to what else is available now w fast chains and higher quality pizza makers in the area.

My family and I ordered pizza to go for the Redskins-​Giants game. We enjoyed the following:
1. Pop Pie: tomato, basil, fontina cheese, Asiago cheese, Parmesan cheese on garlic aioli
*We added Grilled Chicken! It’s my new favorite :)
2. Haiwaiian: ham, pineapple
*This pizza was dry. Ham was burnt.
3. ½ Pepperoni and Sautéed Onion & ½ Sausage and Mushroom
*This was a customized pizza based on favorite topping requests!

The food is good but this location is awful! The customer service and wait time are unacceptable. Called in a pizza on a Friday night and was told 20 mins… I arrived after 20 mins and had to wait another 40 mins for one pizza. Everyone that came in had a similar experience. Never again will I go to ledos at this location.

Ledo’s is a Maryland staple. The pizza is so yummy! I haven’t dined in in years but take out is a good choice for pizza night! Beware: it’s easy to eat an entire pizza by yourself but totally worth it :)

I love Ledo Pizza and I have gotten carry-​out pizza from here countless times. I typically call in my pizza and am told any time between 20 – 45 mins until it will be ready. I have never shown up when my pizza was not ready and it has always been fresh when I get there. The sauce is very sweet yet tomatoey. The pizzas are square with thin crispy crust. It is absolutely delicious even with plain cheese. My favorite topping is their pre cooked bacon. It gets super extra crispy and perfect in the oven. I would recommend Ledo’s, but I think it is a personal taste, as the sauce is sweeter than your average pizza chain pizza sauce.

Pizza was missing in action. We waited 45 minutes and left after not getting a pizza. We had to ask 3 times for a check to pay for the salad and drinks. There was a disconnect between the waitress and the kitchen. We love Ledo’s pizza but unfortunately we didn’t get to have it that night. We will be trying a different Ledo’s next time.

Ledo Pizza has always been consistently delicious. I’ve dined at the Olney location hundreds of times (takeout and delivery) because it is in my hometown. They have a quick turnover in waitstaff and I’ve had a range of really friendly and attentive to rude and obnoxious 14-​year-​olds. If you can look past possibly having an imbecilic waiter, then you’re in for a treat for the dining experience. The pizzas, pastas, salads, and appetizers are all tremendously delicious! My friends and I usually do a ritual «soaking-​up» of the grease by unfolding a napkin and flattening it onto the pizza. It’s delicious with or without grease, but since we’re aging we need to consider our arteries now.

You can never go wrong with Ledo’s Pizza! I’ve never tried anything else but the pizza so I can’t recommend anything else, but any topping will get the job done. Great customer service at this location and pretty clean atmosphere. Definitely will be making this my regular location.

Overall pretty average pizza.
Very nice service, our waiter was attentive and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to sit down and eat if you have more than 4 people. The salad was average, pizza was greasy, a bit overpriced. They get a point for appearance though.
I’ll give them a meh rating. I probably won’t come back.
