I was very nervous about going to this dentist after reading reviews about the Alsip, IL location. The staff at the Olympia Fields office was friendly and professional. The dental tech made me so comfortable and explained everything to me. The dentist (not Dr. Yi) was also friendly and gentle. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

This dental office is one of the worst I have visited. The receptionist is fine n even the assistant to the dentist but the actual dentist Jack Yi is a JOKE. I went there to get a cleaning and exam and X-​rays. My cleaning lasted for about 3 minutes total. Mind you I haven’t been to dentist in 2 years so there was way more than 3 mins of work. He didn’t scrap off n e thing. All he did was read the X-​ray n tell me I needed a deep cleaning… he was HORRIBLE. He was in a rush from the start n even snagged my lip due to his rush n lack of knowing anything. Guess he got his degree off Google or some non accredited facility. BEWARE AND IF I WERE YOU I WOULD CHOOSE N E WHERE BUT THERE.
