The Doctor is fine, but his staff is absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They do not know how to file insurance, they are rude, interrupting and grossly under trained.
Issue #1: They LOST the photo copy of my insurance card, which is a Military ID. That is actually a felony under new Federal ID laws. Instead of calling me and explaining what happened, they billed me for the entire visit. Then while my insurance was paying them, they attempted to put my bill into collections.
Issue #2: No one ever picks up the phone. I have literally sat there while it rang for over 3 minutes. I have the phone records to prove it.
Issue #3: Unprofessional over the phone. Would not let me get a word in edge wise to explain the situation.
In short: Avoid this office and the headache that comes with it.
I am seriously contemplating filing formal complaints against them.
