A-Action Group

Eight unit apartment building; just owned one year and sewer back up. Did not know where sewer line was located and the daytime temp around 27 degrees. I was in deep S!! t. The city came out and painted locator marks.
Was told about Ben and Chris (A Action Group); called and they were out the next day; found where the line was located; dug down six feet to the actual break in just one hour after arriving. The city locator mark was 30 feet away from where the line actually is.
Was fixed that evening. The price was less that half of what I thought would be fair. Have always told anyone who needs sewer service this is the place to go. These guys are wonderful.

Issue: Septic pump is not working; thus, not pumping out the water.
Comments: A company is only good as its personnel (employees and owners), and I can attest that Chris (co-​owner I believe) is good at what he does, is fair, and down to earth guy.
I was refer to Chris by another septic company that didn’t do septic pump diagnosis and repair. I called many different septic companies to see what the prices were for such issue, and finally I went with Chris after speaking with him over the phone.
Over the phone I got a sense that he seemed to have experience and seemed down to earth guy; however, I, being somewhat of a skeptic until I actually see the person do the work and talk to him, and then I know whether or not if the person is good or not.
After meeting Chris and talking to him, and watching him work. I was pleased. He has a very good knowledge of the septic system in entirety. He was able to troubleshoot, fix the issue, and explain to you what was going on. He looked at the electrical issue, float issue, and pump issue. The resolution came to adjusting one of the floats and cleaning the bottom of the pump. After the fix, everything was tested, and verified that the pump was working correctly.
I would definitely refer him to do any septic work.

I worked with Chris after he was referred to me by another reputable septic company that was at the time too busy to help me.
To fix my septic leak (as determined by the county) I was actually having difficulty getting a septic repair person to respond to my calls. But Chris called the following day and was available that same day to do a site visit as well.
Once at the house Chris was able to get started and help search for the leak as determined by a dye test. Luckily we were able to locate and the leak and repair with new pvc piping. He add all the tools necessary to do the job.
The next step of reporting his fix to the county and submitting documentation was done the very next day! So I am relieved that not only was the repair done in a timely fashion but was approved by the county as well.
