I reviewed Coumbs RV shortly after my last interaction with them which I considered to be a negative. Since that time, they refunded the money I paid that I considered to be an unfair charge, and I wish to amend my previous review and up it one star. It was considerate of Coumbs to make that refund and I am grateful.

Looking to buy and RV, called and asked about a particular model that they had advertised on CL. Was told it was in excellent shape, no leaks, no broken glass. I asked what was wrong with it, again after being told it was was not but in great condition and the the only thing it needed was new carpet. I called again and asked again the next day as we were driving in from the coast which is a 4 hour drive. We got there the sales person Shelly could not be bothered to come out to the parking lot to meet us. We went to the RV and looked about ourselves. We found major cracked windshield glass, dead and worthless deep cell batteries, leaks above windows and a failing suspension system. She finally came out to visit us and had the gall to ask what we thought about her description. I told her, and she got haughty, rude and raised her voice. I hope this warns anyone thinking about going there to think twice… and then think about it again. IF you like being treated, rudely, lied to and disrespected this is the place for you.

We made an appointment to have the fridge in our van looked at, 8 days prior to our appointment. After patiently waiting the 8 days and dropping our van off at 8 AM sharp we go through the regular drop your car off stuff. Around 2 PM we call inquiring as to the progress. Put on hold. For 15 minutes. Call back and ask again and are told «Everyone is busy if you can’t wait then tough sh$t!» WOW! So we call back again and speak with the Tech Tom. Tom was very polite and let us know that he has no idea about our van and will most likely not get to it today. Why, Why Why would we have made an appointment 8 days out? I could understand if Tom found something and needed parts and couldn’t get to finish fixing it that day BUT he or anyone else had yet to even look at it! The «Tough Sh$T!» remark was a little over the top for me. If I can not trust to be respected on the phone, how can I trust them with my asset. They have no respect for your time. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

We had an issue with our black water valve not working. Called and were told. Oh yeah probably a half hour to replace the valve. Part is 21.95. Told us to leave it on Fri. Am. They were squeezing us in. They had the rig all day and told us they had broke the valve and were having trouble getting it out. To make a long story longer, I am a travel nurse and live in my rig when away from my home. They had to keep the rig all weekend. Had to get s hotel for 3 days. Today we were presented our bill. $ 777.00. Add 350. For the hotel… yikes. We needed some other minor things done but FORGET IT.

Wow talk about a scary place to try and buy. Drove 1.5 hours to look at a trailer. Salesman was 45 mins late and had to be called in to unlock the trailer. This dirty overweight biker guy pulls up. Never acknowledges me and goes about his business. I asked if he had the keys to the trailer I was waiting to look at. His response? «When I get to it». After seeing this trashy gentlemen and his establishment. Where I was clearly annoying him by trying to purchase something from him. I said «I will save you the time» as I begin to walk away. This guy goes a bit further to say «I did not want to sell the trailer to you anyway!»
Unprofessional and argumentative. And clearly appearance is not a concern. If you are looking for trashy dirty wanna be biker with attitude. This is your place to buy.

Hubby just purchased a new snug top camper shell for his GMC. Took a few days extra to hear our snug top was in. In reality my husband had to inquire with the company. The company shared they forgot to call us. Did a great job putting the shell on. Note to consumers: the business tends to be a bit lazy with the personal detail on products they sell.
