Gave up an afternoon to get the SYNC system fixed on a 2013 Ford Escape I’d bought four days earlier. At the end of the day, they told me it was fixed. But it wasn’t, as the service coordinator confirmed while I was still on the lot. But the guy who allegedly fixed it had left for the day, so now I get to give up another afternoon.

Left my 1999 Expedition at Mullinax Ford in Olympia after closing on a Sunday night. A warning light indicated I should check engine immediately and temp gauge kept shutting down. Gently drove to nearest dealership which was right off I-5. They had trouble diagnosing over 2 days. Finally discover it was a shattered electrical connector. They replaced, cleaned my truck and charged less than $ 200, way less than rate for all the diagnosis time. They apologized for taking so long and, without being asked, waived cost of unsuccessful efforts. Great treatment of an out of town customer.

Got a routine oil change here. Service was great, fast, easy. Reasonable price. Will come back again.
Update: another oil change here, my second now, and again the service was exceptional. They did a great job and were very affordable.
