I’d call them inept, bungling incompetent fools, but that would be an insult to inept, bungling incompetent fools everywhere. The pizza is good… when you can get it, and don’t have to watch your delivery driver running around in circles because not only can they not figure out plainly marked unit numbers, they don’t even know which one they are supposed to be delivering to, despite having correct information. If I wanted to watch people wander around without a clue, I’d turn on C-Span. Suggest Brewery City or even Papa Johns.

WARNING!!! Check your credit card statement! They added extra money without authorization. They added $ 14 extra on my two on-line orders without notifying me. Already paid $ 8 for delivery charges. Only discovered the additional charges when reviewing my CC statement at the end of the month. I don’t remember the pizza orders were that expensive. Sure enough, they added an extra $ 7 to a $ 26.97 order. Twice, placed two orders and they added $ 14 total. Shady business practices– VERIFYCHARGESTOYOURCREDITCARDSTATEMENT.

Pizza good. Menu prices high. No specials posted. You have to know about them. I asked at the counter if there were any specials and the counter person told me. Saved about half. Don’t make me ask… post them.

Gotta reveiw for the fact they are the only pizza chain to offer a gluten free pizza. It is very small unfortunately. I dont have any issues with the food but the service from this location has been amazing except a few times when I ordered for delivery. They came over an hour and a half later after my pizza said it was ready on my phone tracker. The pizzas were cold.

The pizza tasted good and they got it to me on time and hot, but I ordered it with no tomatoes and it was covered in chunks of tomato that I then got to pick off one by one. Also, I ordered extra chicken and if that was extra chicken, I can’t imagine what their regular chicken looks like. The quality of the pizza was good, I think that if you ordered a menu item, exactly as is you would likely be happy with the order. My think crust pizza was nice and crispy. I would probably order somewhere else next time, just because of their attention to detail, but wouldn’t be opposed to eating there again in the future.

If I could give them a zero I would have. Ordered a pizza online and noticed on the receipt that the unit number was missing as well as the phone number being wrong. I promptly called them and tried to update the information. The person who answered the phone stated that all the information was correct and actually read me the phone number. I assumed everything was good. An hour and a half later, still no pizza or a call. Called the store and they told me the information was incorrect. Spoke with the Manager(Matt) and he was a complete ass. Tried to say that it was our fault because the information was incorrect. Despite the fact that I called in to correct the info. Also the Manager never tried to compensate for the mistake. I’m not one to call in about mistakes or place bad reviews but this was absolutely terrible service. When a customer calls in about an issue you should NEVER try to place the blame on the customer. And you should ALWAYS try to rectify the situation. This wasn’t my first issue but it sure as hell will be my last. I will never order from this store again.

So pleased with fresh ingredients. Thin crust is done to perfection, highly recommend it, also try white sauce rather than the ususal red and cheese. The thin crust with white, add what you want, is like a TREAT, not a gut-bomb pizza. Ordered several to try, all ingredients were fresh, not canned. If this location does not deliver where you are, worth a call and a grab on your way home. Personal fave try beef and jalapenos, thin crust, white sauce. I am shocked how good this was.

I just recently ordered a delivered pizza from this Domino’s and used the«pizza tracker.» Pizza arrived piping hot in 27 minutes. Couldn’t believe it. Plus, the pizza was great. Good job, but wow, watch the speed limits :)

Ordered from my phone for an in store pic up, went to pick it up and they said I never ordered anything. Stood there for about twenty minutes and then they all of a sudden found my order. Didn’t offer any discount or to make a new order. By the time I ate it it was cold

I’ve stopped ordering from this Domino’s since beginning of this year. Pizza quality has been degraded for a while now and customer service has been abysmal.

They resolved a simple error in my delivery promptly and without hassle. The person on the phone even said«We are here to please the customer.» I appreciated the quick resolution. Their improved menu will keep me coming back.

I have been ordering from this particular Domino’s for about two years now and unfortunately, the service has gotten worse and worse. I am unsure if there is a problem with any of the other pizzas, but each time we order a buffalo chicken pizza, it never has the hot sauce on the pizza. At first, we laughed it off and just put our own on, but now, it seems like they just don’t put it on at all anymore. Recently, their delivery has left a lot to be desired. The last time we ordered a pizza, the delivery driver spent 45 minutes circling in our neighborhood unable to find the house. I attempted to call the store several times but kept getting no answer. Finally the driver called me and asked for assistance. We decided to try ordering again tonight. After an hour after ordering, the pizza was placed back in the oven according to the website. The delivery again took about 45 minutes. With having to wait two hours for an improperly prepared pizza to be delivered, we are just about done with this particular store.

Have been in here twice. Its delivery but walk in too. They don NOT wear gloves when preparing the pizza.

We have been a Pappa John’s family for years, then a couple of months ago we decided what the heck lets give Domino’s a shot. The first order we made was a Wisconsin 6 Cheese and a Double Pepperoni both tasted great unfortunately after that it was like this place stopped caring at all, the next couple of orders over time continued to get worse to the point of the last order we just made recently, both pizzas had everyone running for restrooms they took GREASY pizzas to a whole new level needless to say Domino’s we are done and we ordered Pappa John’s last night and it was good to be back !

We stopped ordering pizza from Domino’s a few years ago because their pizza got worse over the years until they did their pizza and image revamp recently. I admit their pizza got 100 times better. But we moved to a new state and found out that this particular store wouldn’t deliver to our house so we only get to eat if we get to pass it along the way or from the postal office across the street. Then one day I saw a domino’s delivery vehicle on the first house on your street. I called the store hoping they may have changed the scope of their delivery area and told me that my address is not within their scope. WTF?! That first house on our street is just 5 houses away!

Omg, I am SOHUNGRY!!! These guys took my order and tossed the pie in the trash cause 4 miles was too far to deliver. Then the website took my order and referred it to the same store who did NOT Follow up. So, I ordered at 8p, was passed off to another locale, and back here. I am weak and hungry at midnight cause these jerks pulled my chain so long that I could not find another open location. I contacted corporate and they sent a $ 10 gift card which I gave to a homeless guy. They had the store owner contact me — but all he said was that I was a liar and my house was really 7 miles away. Then, a week later, my friend ordered from the Oly location on Cleveland Ave. They delivered but informed us we were out of their area and that they wouldn’t deliver again. I drove to their store and it was 2.5 miles from his house. Face it, these jerks are just lazy. Hope that homeless person didn’t get sick from eating that terrible pie…

What can I say about a place that sends me pizza that I order online in 30 min while I play video games? They have never failed to deliver on time or make a mistake. I guess the only issue is that I’ve had their stuff consistently and I need some pappa johnns, but they don’t deliver to my area. Oh well.
