I love f21 so it’s hard for me to not continue shopping here. Every single time I have come into this store I have not once been greeted by an associate. The only time I’ve had someone say something to me is when I’ve gone to the fitting rooms. Other than that I’ve been avoided like the plague. I’ve had times where the same associate will be standing next to me or walk past me at least four times and not once did they say anything to me, even after making eye contact; not even a courteous smile. I finally was to the point where I was so frustrated, I spoke to the manager. I’ve returned to the store a few times and nothing has changed. Honestly, the drive to the Tacoma forever 21 isn’t looking so bad. This store is always a disorganized mess, and it seems like the cashiers are more focused on who got laid last night than the customers.

Decent prices for some pretty cute stuff. They could benefit from a bit more organization, but other than that no complaints. They also sell men’s stuff. They’re in the corner of the mall close to Red Robin and REI.
