For a business named «integrity» you would think the owner had some. Marc is a condescending bully who claimed to be an attorney (WA bar has no record of him). I can only say if he so easily lies about one thing I wouldn’t trust my car to him as he is dishonest.

The first time I came into this place something magically broke in my car during my oil change and I was on the hook for a 400 $ repair.
I let this go hoping it was a fluke. Then I call about an oil change since I bought a package of 8 thru them. Couldn’t help me for over a week!
The morning of my oil change I call to ask if we Can do it later in the day and he says no, so I head in and he tells me he doesn’t want to help me. So I wasted time and gas to lose out on the oil package I ALREADY PAID FOR!
There is ZERO Integrity in this small business.

Like the other reviewer I was also cheated out of their oil change package. I bought 8 oil change and only use 2 and they say they don’t accept the package any more. I don’t see any type of integrity there.

Like another reviewer, I also purchased the Groupon for America’s Best Car Care Plan which was supposed to have a TWO year guarantee to have services available at this location. Less than 6 months after purchasing this deal, my car needed service so I called to make an appointment. They said they were no longer honoring this deal and I would need to call America’s Best Car Care Plan to maybe get a refund. To me, this is not 1) honoring your contracts 2) acting with integrity. If I can’t trust them to honor their commitments, how can I trust them to repair my car with honesty? Very disappointed.

Offered America’s Best Car Care package 8 oil changes for 59.99. Did a thorough inspection on my newer ride the 1st time in. By my 3rd oil change they charged me extra stating «We got over our heads on this deal». By the time I called in for my 4th oil change they stated «We gutted the program entirely, you MAY be able to redeem or get a refund by contacting the website.
I hate being sold out, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I for one follow through on commitments I’ve made regardless of my bottom line.
Shame on you!!!

I am new to the area, and so I have no clue who is and who isn’t a decent mechanic here in the Olympia area. Word of mouth brought me to Integrity Automotive, and I could not be happier. The husband and wife team treated me like family, even going so far as to call me a week or so after my service to make sure I was happy with the work. It is rare to find a good mechanic, and I know I have one at Integrity.

Mark the owner is the most honest mechanic I have ever used. There have been times I could only afford to get the bare minimum fixed and he worked with me. This is a family ran business and he has a lot of integrity. He takes my calls over sill car questions even around the Holidays. You can’t put a price on a great, reliable honest mechanic. Word by mouth is the best compliment!
