Movers tore my leather chair. I was heart broken. I called Jack’s and he came to my house, picked up the chair, fixed it like a dream, then returned the chair! Excellent price too.
I have three other chairs that need to be redone and I am calling him back!

Arranged for a straight forward job to replace two cushions on an antique chair. The job was three weeks late, the cushions were substantially different dimensions than the originals and the seams were uneven. I would have been much happier if I was told upfront they were very busy and given a realistic completion date to complete the job in a quality manner. VERY disappointed.

I’m fairly disappointed. I tried to contact the company just to increase the padding on my couch, but I had to constantly email back and fourth, until the company just stopped talking to me. So now I have to find another upholstery company to get the job done.
