This place is over priced. BUT THE SERVICE IS AMAZING. They have a really good selection of cases and accessories for your cell/tablet/ipad, etc.
They are quick, efficient, and friendly.

Yeahhhh was not pleased with this place. We took my husband’s tablet in because the screen was broken. They said it would take a week for the part to arrive and then they could replace it that day. We left the tablet there with them and they said they would call us when it was finished. Two weeks later we hadn’t heard from them. My husband called and they said the part had just gotten in that day and we could come whenever.
Their customer service was good and their prices weren’t bad, and if the repair had only taken a week like they said, I would probably give them four stars. I understand that a part sometimes takes time to arrive, but we didn’t receive any communication from them regarding that.

My wife and I have been going to these guys since they opened up a couple years ago and have never been disappointed by the prices or the service. It may be just our timing but they have always had a sale on what we’ve been looking for. They carry and install tempered glass for most popular models and are willing to order one for your phone if they happen to not have it in stock. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend these guys to everyone that needs cell phone accessories.

I honestly give this place 5 stars! The customer service is excellent. I’ve been waited on/helped by 3 – 4 different sales people at different times and on different days and each one was helpful, personable, and they went the extra mile to make my experience exceptional. They have a wide variety of phone cases and accessories to choose from that won’t break the bank. Our first time in, we got 2 phone cases for $ 30. They also have 12^th Man Seahawks cases for iPhones and Samsung phones that they will customize for you. I love this place! It’s conveniently located inside the Capitol Mall near Starbucks and the AT&T store. Give it a whirl! You won’t be disappointed.

They made a day that had been crappy so much better, just by showing me a little kindness! They fixed my iPhone 5c that verizon wanted me to pay 160 dollars to fix by using my insurance for free. Then replaced my gorilla glass I purchased through them for free! You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
