Walked in after seeing the store as we drove by. After walking in, we were greeted by an attractive and helpful woman named Lorie. She asked what our needs were. She then gave us a tour of the sofa/​recliner we desired. She was knowledgeable and helpful giving us a breakdown of manufacturing and warranties. We purchased a sofa recliner with a great price and warranty. They delivered it the next morning since we arrived later in the evening before closing. The delivery guys were professional and polite. Easy purchase, easy delivery, and a nice sofa to go with it. I would definitely recommend these guys hands down. I’m writing this review as I sit on my new reclining sofa which fits my butt comfortably.

Couldn’t have been happier! The purchasing process all the way through delivery and set up were top notch. Wanted to change/​add some pieces in a package and the sales rep was able to still get everything at package prices saving hundreds. Basically got a chest for free in the end. Delivery had to occur in two shipments, but we were given the choice of getting everything but the bed first and then the bed when it came in, or waiting for everything to deliver at the same time. Went with the first option and we were glad we did, one of the pieces (the chest) was damaged in shipment to the US. They were very accommodating and made sure that the new one was delivered along with the bed.
Definitely recommend this store! Awesome experience from start to finish, good selection, and great prices.

I had such a great experience at their west side location! I walked in expecting just to browse. After talking to the sales guy for a while about what I was looking for, he showed me a exactly what I wanted and well within my price range. Love my new bed frame and night stands. Delivery was within a week and it was fast and professional. The guys even helped me with a quick rearrange! I had a great experience and my new furniture is high quality. Next time I have a furniture purchase I’ll shop here first.

Shopping around for a chair for my elderly mom that was both comfortable and fashionable; no old lady chair for her! We found one she loved at a competitor store, and happened to find the same chair at Noth West Home Furnishings; almost $ 200 less! Score! Our sales associate, Rose, was great to work with, understood our needs, and made sure Mom was taken care of as if she was part of the family. We will definitely go back in the future; variety of offerings, good prices, and great customer service.

I purchased a couch and love seat set a few months ago from these guys and have no regrets. I was able to browse their large selection without any pressure to buy. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and incredibly accommodating when I did have questions. I was able to customize what I wanted from the material of the couch to the options and got a great deal. I will definitely be going back to purchase more furniture for my home.
