After visits by several roofing companies to fix a roof leak associated with recent work done by a different remodeler, we chose this co. Larry came out promptly, was thorough & professional. Not the lowest estimate but not the highest either. Work was done as planned. Nice!
Only slight downside was communication. I ended up calling/​emailing a couple of times to check on plans when the timing of our getting their estimate & scheduling of work was a bit delayed from when Larry said it would happen. But their response was good.

Overall, Bruce, Todd, and Eric did a really great job sculpting my house back together from fire damage. They are really nice people do deal with day in and day out. It started out very fast and productive. My only major complaint is that we waited 2 weeks to here from them after about the first week. No calls, visits or anything. The phone was disconnected! My wife had to go down there and seek answers. Fortunately, we ran in to Matthew. He stepped up and got the ball rolling for us. He was a huge help also. Those 4 people mentioned, are all assets to their company.

These guys did a fantastic job on a pretty tricky bathroom remodel on our home. Their workers were professional, they communicated clearly with us at all times and were always checking in to make sure we were happy with their progress. They worked evenings and weekends to meet our quick timeline, I would absolutely recommend them, in fact they are lined up to do work for 2 of my best buddies.

I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I am with this company. After making clear repeatedly what we want to have done (small bathroom remodel) and what our budget is we went through the design phase (which, of course, we had to pay top dollars for) just to get the estimate which is $ 10.000 over budget!!! What??? I had our expectation on paper, as well as Mike’s promise to make sure they will stay within budget, HE WOULD MAKE SURE OF IT THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DESIGN PHASE (his words)! Nothing but an empty promise and we are questioning their intend to ever stay within budget. Now we are stuck with a design we paid $ 1200 for, we lost months on planning and honestly I lost complete trust in construction companies. They are a disgrace for the community of Olympia and should not be trusted.

We just had our roof replaced (Oct 2014) and these guys were great. Patrick was extremely easy to coordinate with. The crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were all very polite while on the job. We have an old 1903 home with a crumbling chimney and they went above and beyond, helping us dismantle the hazardous chimney so we could proceed with the roofing and be done in time for the rainy season. I recommend them without hesitation.

I would love to provide a review of their work. However, after an initial visit from Mike, and being told that he would come up with some ideas for a porch/​patio project and be in touch, we have had no contact whatsoever. They have ignored several phone messages and emails over the course of a month. I give up!

I bought a great deal from Angie’s List to have my roof done by these guys, and I am sure glad that I did. Patrick was extremely friendly, professional, and fast! When they ran into a problem with my chimney, he helped me decide on a low cost solution, and went the extra mile to help me complete my roof at a very reasonable price.
I will be contacting them again for my future projects, and highly recommend them!
