Beware of mice !!! Paid several hundreds of dollars to have my stuff stored. Brand new items ruined by mice that I did not bring in ! The manager pretty much said oh well and that it says in the fine print they are not responsible for such damages. I should have stored my belongings at Mud Bay storage on Madrona Beach road instead. I have used them before and never had a problem with mice ! I highly urge people not to use On Guard storage unless you’re ok with damaged property !

We had an issue due to the fact that we were unaware that you cannot access your storage unit 24hrs a day. This led to us getting locked inside the gate for 20min before we were let out. However, the district office was quick to respond to the situation and did so very professionally. For this I commend them.
