As soon as I made my reservation on line, JUANITA called me to confirm and answer any questions, that’s impressive! When I showed up, she was busy, but she was very nice and efficient at helping everyone at once. JUANITA worked very hard to find a unit to suit our needs and get us the best price. After been given the round around by UHAUL to find storage, it was a real breath of fresh air to see a company like Public Storage meet our needs with such ease. They know what they are doing and are doing it right. The customer service is awesome and I would highly recommend them! Clean, affordable, well maintained and service that cares!

I had my trailer here for a month. Price was right and Justin Dahl was very nice and accomidating. I had trouble parking my trailer into one spot because people park their wrecks in there and they are not square in the stall. SO Justin had been watching me on camera from the office. I struggled the get my brand new RV in. He came out and offered me a different space and it worked out great.

When calling this business, I recommend you navigate through the corporate automated dialing system and speak with the local sales person. They are friendly and helpful. (Corporate dropped my call. Twice.)
I appreciate that the local rep calls you to confirm your appointment. I will revisit my review in the upcoming months and let you know. I might add a star if the rates remain competitive, the lights and cameras work and the stored stuff is in good condition.

Only store things here if you have very good insurance and you don’t care if you lose it. I had my motorcycle trailer here for less than 3 months and it was broken into. They didn’t even call the police. I found out later none of the exterior lights work and the only security camera I could see was pointing at the ground. I called the police and they came out and gave me a form to fill out. They told me most likely my things was stolen from someone who has a storage unit there so they will have the code to get in the gate and just move the things to their unit. When I talked with the person at the front desk, they didn’t even seem to care. When I ask why they didn’t call the police I was told, «We didn’t lose anything.». Well, they lost my business!!!
