Food was subpar. We requested to have a TV which was viewing a non-sport changed to a hockey game. During the final, an vital moments of the game, some individual decided to change the game sto searching for another sport. This went on for several minutes until I was able to flag down a passing server to ask why, it was changing to a non-search going from a sporting event. I told him we asked for the game to be viewed and that there was only two minutes to go in the game when the search began. The server said it happens often, ‘say what?’, and he would get the game back on. Our non-serviver was successful but only after tying goal being scored. I give the place a two stars. So-so service but when we tried to get a game changed to a TV nearer to us was hard. After taking our original order, our server ignored us after our order was delivered. If I wanted another beer I had to tell the sever delivering the food my request. Crap sports being delivered on multiple channels while a national sport is going through a playoff is a turnoff. Sorry, but NHL is a sport. If it wasn’t for my son and I no channels in this establishment would have been tuned. Sorry, to the manager, but hockey is better than golf or last years college football game, which was airing during our visit. We are done. Wife told me that BWW is off limits and that Hooters is better. That is bad… very, very bad; especially since we have to travel 20 minutes up north. Jeez, you people must understand that HOCKEY is a sport. Food subpar, servers not being there to service and not appreciating a sport. I will say, other servers stepped up when needed. I have to give them credit for that. The channel was changed back to our game after some IDIOT hijacked our game. I won’t return to this establishment because the wife has given up. It was her idea, and she says Hooters has a better environment for my kids, who live and play hockey. It may be 20 to 30 minutes up north but for those that enjoy hockey it may be worth the trip… btw…food is better.

Dear manager for the day… I’M in your resturant right now(Sat May 14 @ 2:20) and it’s colder than fkn Alaska right now in this place. You need to turn the AC off and others are complaining as well. It’s cold outside today… just in case your wondering.

Thank you Trena for excellent service! You made sure to stop by our table frequently to make sure we had everything we needed! You even stopped at our table 5 mins after happy hour ended to get one last drink order in because you did not get to us before it ended. I really appreciated your customer service. You went above and beyond. So good to know service like this is still around! Employees like you are the reason people return!

Love the food but the service today was horrible from the lady names Rhea. She first presumed for some reason that we where on the same order and I had to ask her to split it which should have been obvious then after paying for my bill she kept the extra money without returning it to me for to let me decide what her tip should be. And when asking for it back she had the nerve to tell me how much it was and said she assumed it was for a tip. I won’t be returning to her for a long time to give this company some time to get better servers.

We’ve been here about 5 time now and thought it was time to write a quick review. Pros: If you like buffalo wings, give the traditional wings with dry buffalo seasoning a try. These are our absolute favorite. Crispy with a little heat… yum! We tried the boneless option and the chicken had way too much breading on it. Their«Buffalitos» are pretty good too. Cons: Biggest con at this restaurant is service. We’ve had consistently mediocre service every time we’ve been there. Staff are usually friendly when they interact, but our experience has been that servers tend to disappear for a long periods of time, and one made multiple mistakes when punching in the order, then blaming the system, the kitchen, and issues in her personal life for the mistakes. During the time of server absence, trying to get another server to our table, or even just to look at us when trying to wave them down, was very challenging. The front reception area is very hit and miss as well. We’ve left a number of times with at least three people standing around at the front counter just talking amongst themselves without saying, «Thanks for coming in!» as we walked out. Is this picky on my part? Maybe; but welcoming customers when they come in and thanking them for coming in when they leave is a part of good service. Good management and training could easily fix these issues. All in all, it’s an okay place to eat. The food is pretty good, but the service could be better.

For a place you can bring little ones, this place is pretty good. Nice beer selection, too. They have a $ 5.50 kids menu which is nice. I like the wings. They’re a little spendy regular price(non happy hour or special pricing day) but still alright. I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings. The standard isn’t fine dining for a wing place that is a sports bar.

Conveniently located off I-5 this restaurant is clean, friendly staff and great wings. I highly recommend my favorite — the vinegar wings — fantastic! I’ll be back again next week.

Came here on a Sunday and service was cool. Food came out at a good pace, we all enjoyed our meals. The waitress was great! She’s probably the reason I should give it another star… The ladies in the front were very quiet they didn’t greet us right away and talked amongst themselves, not to much eye contact or conversation with the customers. Maybe they were all having a rough start to Lunch? we all have those days… Since it was my first time here I figured it wasn’t a big deal, maybe next visit will be better. Our waitress was polite, helpful, upbeat. She made small conversation with all of us while taking our orders, she was especially great with our kiddos while they ordered their own meals. She checked on us regularly to make sure we were all fine, to make sure our food was good! So that’s on point for us. Restrooms clean, clean place, normal atmosphere for this restaurant, Good food. We will probably return, just not with our kids.

Went there lastnight for the fight. Server seemed distant since we were just drinking soda not alcohol. I told her we would be ordering food throughout evening but kept having to flag her down for refills and food orders. First the tacos salty and chicken over done and that saying because I have a bad cold. Husbands chicken wings were tough and cold. With and extra charge for Bleu cheese and celery. An last my bbq chicken sandwuch. Plz can I have money back on that. Tried cold grilled chicken no bbq sauce cheese not melted green sliced tomato limp red onion and the coldest fries I have ever eaten not sure they even got fried. Server nevwr came back to check on us food wise. For $ 50 in food plus gas and drinks will enjoy the fight at home with hot food. Also the servers working in a sports related bar didn’t even have a clue on the sports being played weird. NOTWORTHIT

Average… but we kiped the wetnaps. Never know when you’ll need a moist towelette, for an emergency situation. No hostess, and my eating experience would have been super if they weren’t vacuuming and cleaning tables right next to us like mad people. Come on, that dust from sweeping and vacuuming is getting in my wings! Food was average even without the addition dusting of flavor. Not a good place for someone suffering ADD to eat, way to many tv’s to distract the hyper people from relaxing over a meal. Seems like it would be a great place to go with your frat brothers to talk about whose better Steph Curry or MJ and call each other«bro».

2 stars on food for the price. Wings seem like what you could buy in the frozen section at Wal-mart, and the atmosphere is very loud Sports Bar. I’ll give it an extra star for cleanliness and service — the bartenders have always been very good.

Not that impressed. I asked for wings with no coating because I can’t eat the flour coating. Our waitress brought coated fried wings. She didn’t listen. My daughter ordered wings as well. We both agreed the wings are all cooked exactly the same, only the sauce is different and is applied after they are cooked. They would taste so much better if they were cooked in the sauce to absorb more flavor. The ambiance is extremely loud. The wait staff appear to cater to the macho sports bar crowd. Men definitely get special attention. I won’t be back. Food is sub-par.

I’ve been here a few different times now(my father-in-law really likes it for some reason), and it’s been pretty consistently the same every time. The waitresses themselves have been very friendly and do their job well, but it seems like even when we’ve been there on slower nights the place feels under-staffed. The last time we went, we waited for 20 minutes to be seated, despite there being many visible empty tables. The food is fine, and I agree with another reviewer that the Honey BBQ and Spicy Asian flavor wings are the best, though I wouldn’t got so far as to ever describe the wings there as «good.»(note: I have ONLY had the boneless chicken wings. Maybe the other food there is better.) Think Sonic or Wendy’s quality. As for the atmosphere, it’s pretty awful. Unless you’re in the bar area, you’re basically in this HUGE, almost Chucky Cheese-like room full of tables, except everything is black and it’s poorly lit. There are TV Screens everywhere, which is great if you’re there for sports, but they kind of loom over you and it’s a little overwhelming or intimidating somehow. They also do this thing where they announce birthdays over a microphone, and so far, every time I’ve been in there, there have been at least 3 birthdays. So you constantly have random people’s birthdays interrupting your conversation or game. It’s a little weird. My recommendation is this — go there on a Tuesday(they have a really good deal on regular wings that day), order for take-out, and bring the wings somewhere more comfortable to eat them. It’ll save you a lot of time and money, and you’ll get a good deal on wings.

Went there for a lunch one day. A friend was there early to get a table and left her name at the front for rest of us to join and texted to let us know and that one of the staff would escort us to the table. Once me and a few other ladies arrive, we gave the friend’s name and were told to just walk around to find my friend.. I realize they were busy because of lunch hour but there were about three young ladies standing around chit chatting. That left a really bad taste in my mouth. Once we found the table and sat, I noticed how LOUD this place was. A night club would be envious of the noise this place could put out. It was so loud I could barely hear anyone speaking, even someone sitting right next to me. On top of that, wings weren’t that great. I have no desire to go back

For a sports bar this particular location sure has a lot of kids running around! Loud, busy, and in some places dirty… if only we weren’t seriously hungry and craving wings, I might have turned around and asked to go to Hooters instead. Let’s just cut to the chase: — despite being pretty busy, we were seated right away. dining room was relatively full and the tv’s were on full blast. it was definitely loud in here — we ordered our beers and it took quite some time to get them. the worst part was waiting for refills or our second rounds… at one point, it took so long to get the drinks that we contemplated just canceling the order — service was spotty. our server would disappear for long periods of time and it was hard to track him down. we had to remind him several times of the items we were still waiting on. — our nacho appetizer did hit the spot, we almost cleared our plate! but maybe that was more because we were hungry, not necessarily because it was finger-licking good. — wings were pretty good. we ordered 3 different flavors, all medium sized. plenty to get full by and well seasoned. celery sticks and fries are a must when it comes to wings in my opinion, and i liked that we got a fair amount of ranch, blue cheese and other dipping sauces for our wings. Overall, not terribly impressed by this place. Although I enjoyed their wings, the service fell short and the ambiance(if you can call it that) was lacking — probably better off going to a hole-in-the-wall«real» sports bar for a better sports bar feel, no children running around or crying, and very fast service on your drinks.

When we walked in, it was super loud but there were hardly any people in there! We were seated pretty fast when a hostess came up to us. The hostess kept mumbling something to me, and after I asked her the third time what she was saying she just mumbled again, turned around and pointed at these tablets on the wall up front. I grabbed one, unsure what I would be doing with it(is it to order food? Order drinks? Print my receipt?). Come to find out it’s just stupid games. What happened to have nice conversation while your eating? Our waitress wasn’t super attentive but she was alright. Two different servers asked to fill out drinks up. We ordered two 8 count wing meals with fries and carrots and celery. The wings came out pretty fast but tasted terrible. I hardly ate any meat and seemed to just find hard crunchy spots. The fries were cheap and season less. The TVs are so ridiculously loud in here! I couldn’t hear myself think or talk to each other in a normal tone. We won’t be returning.

Loud. If you like loud. This is is your place for over priced chicken wings. They got the sports screens. If you are here to watch a game or fight, then you’ll be able to view on multiple sizes screens. The staff attempts to be attentive but you’ll wait a while before you get your first drink or until your food gets to your table. The servers talk a lot. I’m not sure how much you can talk about wings and beer but they try to talk it up. Try to get the beer and food here faster instead befriend my table.

Here’s the thing I will get a great review for fast service, friendly servers and delicious food… however if you have a sticky bathroom floor your review just went down a few notches. It’s just gross to me. But the first 3 were very accurate got our food within 10 minutes of ordering.
