Great thin crust pizza place. Got the pepperoni pie which paired well with the coke. A bit pricey but good pizza is difficult to come by in this state. Very big restaurant and one of only a few open on sunday apparently. Very friendly staff and pies did not take very long to make.

Amazing!!! Best pizza since Italy. I’ll be back for sure. If you are unsure of what to have ask the servers they are great. I added the truffle oil to our pizza and it was awesome.

We went here for Mother’s day and both pizza’s were delicious! It is wonderful to go somewhere where both our kids and my husband and I are happily satisfied. It was quite busy and we felt very well tended to and it seemed like the whole place functioned like a well-oiled machine. Plus they gave all the moms a rose when they left. Loved it!

Best pizza this side of the Atlantic! Reminds me so much of the pizza in Florence, I get flashbacks. Do yourself a favor and get the mushroom pizza with truffle oil. There won’t be a crumb left when you’re done. This location is much nicer than the Yelm reataurant, but has the same fantastic fresh ingredients.

I came here with a party of 9 last weekend. The pizzas and salads we ordered were delicious — scrumptious thin crust the way it should be. The service was impeccable. My whole group felt very well taken care of and satisfied. The tiramisu was divine — also the way it should be. I can’t wait to come back in the future. Visited on a Tuesday night and was impressed by the atmosphere and overall attention by the servers. Very personable staff and helped guide our party to try multiple items on the menu. First: the pizza. It was amazing! Fresh ingredients and was not greasy by any means. I was initially concerned because of the thin crust and I find myself to be more of a thick crust lover. This pizza changed my mind. I now judge every pizza I have to this pizza, the pizza is very filling and the ingredients are fresh. I haven’t had ingredients like this on a pizza before. Second: the dessert. I ordered tiramisu, and this has to be one of the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. I don’t know if they make it in house, but it wasn’t bland like most of the places that sell tiramisu. It was actually dipped and drizzled in espresso and you could taste it in every bite. I can not stop talking about this place to my friends and family! A great venue to try out when in Olympia, you will not be disappointed.

The best pizza in Washington state period. The owners and staff are great people and really care about your dining experience. I have tried and loved many different pizza options on the menu, though the Alpina with the addition of arugula and artichokes, is my favorite. You must have the tiramisu as well! Their pasta and wine selection is also good. :-)

Sundays they open at 1200 and this was definitely a shop worth waiting to eat at from kind friendly staff to omg delicious pizza. It’s flavorful and crisp. When I asked for Parma the staff informed me it’s extra and the price instead of just charging me.

We ordered the three meat pizza with(added) mushrooms, and a pepperoni pizza. Both were excellent. Just enough toppings, and the flavors were the closest to a true authentic Italian wood fired pizza. Service was excellent. Dont miss this place if you are in the area.

Food was delicious! The pizza was served on a nicely crisp crust. Not doughy at all, which I am eternally grateful. I hate pizza joints that make their pizzas all dough and little ingredients. Plus all their ingredients are all natural, you can definitely taste the quality! I am definitely going back to this place again!

Came here with my girlfriend and hubby for the first time last Sunday and we liked it~ The interior was really cute(all the tables had a fresh cut rose on them) and they had a pretty good lunch special: a 9 inch pizza with a salad for $ 10ish. We all ordered the lunch special and the salad came out first. It had mushrooms and artichokes on it and it was tossed with a balsamic/olive oil mixture(I think). Then my half mushroom and onion and half pepperoni pizza came out next and it was on a thin crust which was yum. I would recommend~

Groupon gave us the idea to visit and boy were we pleased! We ordered the speck pizza with truffle oil and I had the basil martini. The martini was so yummy, very seldom do you encounter a drink so many have made and it’s the best you could ever imagine. I tasted the farm the basil was planted on, my basil at home has never tasted so fresh and devine! The server, a young James, suggested a deliciously enjoyable speck pizza with truffle oil. I had to literally close my eyes to shut out the beautiful, live background music so all my senses were tantalized at the same moment! Utter FOODGASM! Will be back!
