Excellent location, great coffee and even better the customer service from Mimi. Great if you’re driving through I-5 and if you want to stop for all the good things I mentioned above. Whenever we are in Olympia will stop by.

Great bathroom! Clean, easily accessible, no passcode or key necessary! Easily one of our top 5 favorite Starbucks bathrooms along I-5.

Super cute Starbucks! The paintings they have it displayed inside are definitely a plus. I took one star out because they were temporarily out of Mango Black Tea Lemonade, which was what I wanted :(

This Starbucks is well above the fray. It has lots to eat and plenty of places to plug in. The location is in a beautiful downtown with a large capitol building. Their assortment should have something to please almost any palate. I went here for lunch. My purchase was the edamame hummus wrap. Watching the streets was somewhat of an intriguing view. Starbucks in Olympia is worthy of recommendation.

A very well organiZed Starbucks. It’s good and clean. Staff are efficient. And the area is a nice one. Only downside is that the bathrooms was only one when I got there and there was a line. Other than that it’s pretty good. Staff are always smiling.

Another starbucks, in yet another city. We stopped here based on the sign on the freeway on the way between seattle and portland. Be aware that the sign on the freeway is a bit misleading, it is not right off the road, it is downtown, there is only parking at meters, and there isn’t very much of that… Staff was very nice, coffee came out like expected. There is a nice park across the street to enjoy your beverage and walk down capitol way and window shop. Pretty big location, a good amount of seating, but bright sun comes in the window in the front.

Very nice view of the park in downtown Olympia. Also, they have a Clover machine for making coffee.

Great place to have a casual business meeting while people watching and sipping a slightly overpriced cup of coffee. Like most Starbucks, this place is PACKED earlier in the morning, but the staff processes coffee orders fairly quickly so there is usually not a long wait, even when there’s a long line.

Have been here a few times, each time with a positive experience. The baristas are friendly and always make my drinks within just a minute of my order. I’m a big iced coffee drink and definitely prefer the taste of Starbucks iced coffee to that of Batdorf & Bronson down the block. My only complaint is that the shop is pretty small so there is very little in the way of seating. That said, it always seems clean and I appreciate that they are smack down in downtown within easy walking distance of everything.

This is the best Sbux I’ve ever been to in my life. I only go to this location on the weekends, so perhaps I miss the workers that other Unilocalers are complaining about, but the staff on the weekends is great! They always smile and make jokes. I like going to this location because they have a Clover brewing machine. Try the decaf grande Sumatra on the Clover. You won’t be disappointed.

I live above in the apartments, and I still choose to walk three blocks down to get coffee elsewhere. Here’s a tip: Smile for once. Some of the employees might want to ask what kind of retirement benefits Starbucks offers since they’ll be working there for the rest of their lives.

Pretty sure the barista hated me for having kids. Who knows, maybe he just hated me for being human and interrupting him from pouring his tips into a bag… I ordered one thing from the pastry case and he brought me something different so I asked for the thing I had ordered and he got pretty pissed off at me. There was a long wait for the bathroom, so the guy had finished my drink long before I even got in there and kept yelling my drink out. I tried to get his attention to tell him I’d come pick it up after I got out of the bathroom, but he just interrupted me to tell me the code to get into the bathroom. I guess that’s just how they do things because he had interrupted me ordering to tell the other guy to brew iced tea. Drink was ok, nothing special. I’ve had the same one at probably hundreds of starbucks and it’s usually just ok. A few do a really good job and some make it taste like poison(usually drive-thrus). This location has a clover brewer(it makes really good coffee-but you have to ask for it special and, of course, pay extra). It’s worth a try if you like good, strong, quality coffee, but find another store with one… These baristas might just ruin your day:(

Ok, so around Olympia people are somewhat snobby when it comes to coffee. We have great roasters and coffeehouses on offer, so why am I going to Starbucks? I unashamedly love their Caramel Macchiatos, heavy on the caramel. It probably makes no difference what the actual coffee is like because I have it drowned in caramelly sugar goodness! Also with all the people who say Starbucks is no good, why is it always so busy? The staff at this store seem to be a little older, wiser and genuinely friendly. Seating inside is minimal. Outside are benches overlooking Sylvester Park, but you have to share them with the homeless dudes.

It’s Starbucks… But they close at 6:30PM in the middle of Oly… Hello? Who’s dumb idea was that. Stood outside nearby til nearly 8 and saw two dozen people walk up to the door and give the exact same WTF look when they found it locked

Atypical Starbucks with the exception of the greener invested bathroom. I’m a Starbucks junkie, what can I say. Gone to this one a lot, close to my old job. Service is fair, people seem to be honestly happy, but the coffee doesn’t have that extra zing. It’s fair, very cookie-cutter type. The front door is extremely heavy which causes problems with moms pushing strollers. The food selection is average, limited merchandise. Just don’t use the bathroom… I have seen some weird people spend way too much time in there. Never waited to see the end result, it’s close to the bus station so I’ll just hold it thanks.

I swear I’m not just shamelessly trying to inflate my review count, I genuinely thought this Starbucks deserved a review. As another Unilocaler said: «Starbucks is like grass – you can find it pretty much everywhere, in all kinds of qualities, but it’s almost always sod.» I don’t get that last part, but it seems to me that the quality of coffee and service varies broadly from one SB to another. The service at this one is great. The coffee is not bad, either.
