I had a fantastic experience here! They brought me in the back in about 20 – 25 minutes, the nurses were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. I absolutely will be back to this location for my annual visit next year.

I waited 2 hours to get a depo shot that takes seconds to give. Horrible service and front desk was rude! I am NEVER returning!

We had to wait wayyyy past our appointment time. Poor customer service. All around bad experience. Also, they don’t have a diaper changing station in the bathroom. Out of all places, you would think they would. Although, I get the feeling they’re more about preventing parenthood in the first place.

First visit to this planned parenthood and although the location isn’t the best, the people there made me feel very comfortable and I was very pleased with my visit. Long wait but that was expected. Wonderful staff they have working there

I’m getting a vasectomy!
Here is my experience. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous over the phone while setting up my consultation appointment. They verified my insurance and filled me in on the process and procedure.
Upon arrival the gal at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming.
During the consultation with the nurse practitioner, she talked me through every step of the process, what to expect, asked if I had any questions. Answered my questions. and treated me as an individual who’s care and comfort was extremely important to her.
At no time did I feel judged, or rushed. The entire experience was extremely friendly and comforting. I came to the appointment nervous and unsettled and left feeling as though I was a top priority and was valued for my personal decision. it was also made very clear through the process that my decision was valued for it is my decision and that they were there to simply assist me in whatever means they possibly could.
I personally have deep values of pro-​life. With that said, I stand with Planned Parenthood. abortion is such a tiny miniscule part of what they do. the vast majority of the programs they offer are to assist people that they never reach that point. I can only imagine how many millions of abortions have been prevented due to their preventive care and programs offered. With that said I am a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood.
I will continue to utilize them for care. And would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

Wait time sucks. Customer service is good. I like planned parenthood overall. They need to update their hours ONLINE so that I don’t drive over there, find out they are closed, and then end up with a month of no birth control pills. That would be great.

I was hesitant to come here due to the horrible Unilocal reviews. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It took only an hour from check-​in to finish. I was very satisfied with my visit and the quality of care.

I’m giving four stars because I love planned parenthood overall, but seriously DUDE STRANGER on the phone who took my call, I should not have to describe in graphic detail what I need to be seen for for you to tell me whether or not I can get an appointment today. I described my needs, confirmed with him that I have a friend who works there who told me to call in and STILL he wouldn’t give me the information I was requesting until I told him specifics so he certainly got a very detailed and specific description of what’s going on, I hope he enjoyed it. They’ve got to find a better way to screen the psycho’s from the legitimate patients, especially when it’s a man who answers the phone.

I have been going to planned parenthood since I was 15. Until the last visit, I loved this place. I’ve always gotten birth control no problem. Always made a donation.
Well one visit changed that.
Came in on my lunch, waited 3.5 hours. Before the appointment even started I asked the front desk gal if they take Group Health because I finally have insurance and the plan I have covers women’s health 100%. She said yes. Took my information so I proceeded with the appointment. When finally pulled back the doctor made it seem like she was putting me on a low dose of bc, I have to be on a low dose I have seizures that are effected by hormone imbalances. I came in a week later saying that she put me on a medium and that I had to have it switches to the low dose. The front gal tells me I have to come in for another appointment to do so… No…
THE NEXT DAY, I received a bill for $ 600 for 2 appointments and my birth control. (Only had one appointment) So they tried getting me into another appointment knowing full well that I had a payment due!
My insurance covers woman’s health 100%, I went into group health because of the issue and didn’t have to pay a penny because what do you know, my insurance covers it.
But Planned parenthood doesn’t take Group Health. Don’t let the front desk tell you otherwise. And not only that, but I have tried contacting someone about this outrageous payment and haven’t heard from anyone at all.
Way to go Planned parenthood, I’m no longer sending anyone to this horrible place.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a health clinic. The people at the front are rude and the waiting time is rediculous. I waited 3 ½ hours until someone finally came to me. The only reason I give it two stars is because 2 out of the 5 people I spoke with were nice to me.

Expect to wait 2 hours AFTER your appointment time to see the doctor. Even if you’re just here to pick up birth control.
And don’t try to ask the short, black haired girl at the front right desk to help you. She just gives a bitchy, short response that «you’ll be seen soon. We’re behind.» After you’ve been waiting for over an hour and would like to know how much longer it will be because you had other appointments scheduled for the day.
