I’ve seen complaints that this Ross is like a Goodwill; what’s wrong with Goodwill? Actually this Ross reminds me of a Kmart in that the items have been dig through and haphazardly thrown in every possible direction at least some of which landing on a rack. But for hardy hunters like myself: to the eager go the spoils. I’ve found some cheap jeans that fit perfectly(I’m a 36×30 so yeah, it can be a pain). And hell, last time I was in there I found a fantastic tobacco and bourbon candle. I’ll cry when that runs out. The only odd thing I might complain about: they frisk you at the dressing room. Or at least they frisk your clothes. It didn’t bother me, but it was a wholly new experience. My naïve self doesn’t think much about what people might be trying to sneak in or out in the pockets I guess. All in all: great selection, great prices. Easily the best Ross in town.

Very clean place. Happy with their selection. Found an assortment of tops and pants for an excellent price.

The Pacific Avenue Ross only meets some of my needs. It’s pretty good for a discount store since the items I’ve bought here have lasted at least 10 years. I can’t really shop here for myself. I can never seem to find petite sizes and all of the shirts tend to have odd cuts. My husband doesn’t shop here because they don’t tend to carry tall sizes or size 12 or 13 men’s shoes. Their women’s shoe section is pretty good. I’ve never had a problem finding nice shoes in small sizes. Depending on the brand and type of shoe I’m anywhere from a 4 to a 6 in shoes. I can always find business causal shoes(not kid shoes!) that are very inexpensive and last quite a while. This is also a good place for socks. This is a great place to find discounted kid’s clothes. If you want something new that will last through multiple children, this is the place to go. I have bought clothes for my daughter that have lasted through 4 other children, including her new brother, while still looking new. The best kid’s selection is in pants, overalls, dresses, and shoes. Shirts are hit or miss. The kitchen area is great. I never need a lot for my kitchen. What I have needed I have bought here. I got quite a few of the tall coffee cups and a vegetable peeler for quite a large discount. It’s been 10 years since I bought the items and they look and function like new. The check out staff is efficient. This is an A-OK store. I will definitely come here the next time I need shoes.

Even though this Ross isn’t brand new, or a large as the one by the mall, I find that this Ross has more variety of things. I love how this store is laid out. They have a huge selection of household stuff from kitchen stuff to deco. I think this one has fewer clothes and more gadgets and seems to be clutter-free. I prefer this store in Olympia, and it’s a breeze getting in and out of the shopping center!

Small and crowded, but what Ross is not crowded… Pretty good selection in house stuff.
