I have used Pat 6 times… mostly small jobs but stuff I can’t do myself… he is great! Knows what to do with almost anything and inexpensive. Great friendly personality too. I will continue to call him anytime I have a problem… plumbing, painting, installation, sheetrock, under the house, roofs…

I recently hired Pat to install a sink in my laundry room. I had purchased the sink, countertop, and cabinet, and asked him to do the installation. Pat was very friendly, efficient, and capable. He went out of his way to meet me at the hardware store and loaded the cabinet into his van and transported it to my house … THAT’S service. He installed the cabinet, counter and sink, and it looks and works great. Pat goes the extra mile for you — he went to the local plumbing supply store where I had bought the sink to work out a problem with the hardware included with the sink, and he even tightened the loose lock on my front door without being asked, and without charging anything extra. He is personable and professional, an honest and skilled handyman. I would call him again with no hesitation for my next job, and I highly recommend that you call him for your handyman or around-​the-​house projects.

We called Patrick partly based on the other positive Unilocal reviews. We had a door handle that failed. Patrick came over quickly and efficiently installed a new handle for his minimum charge. But the best was that when the handle failed, he came back and fixed it for no extra charge. I’d recommend him for all your small building/​fixit needs.

Pat was awesome. Most reviews are based services provided, however, this has to do with integrity and character. We had a garage door spring break which caused the brace to be ripped out of the door. Even though Pat assured me that he could fix it he felt it best that I have someone that specilialized because it was so bad. How is that service you might think well to me that says a lot to me when someone know their limits and will not waste your time or money. I will be the first to call Pat for the next Handyman oppotunity because I know it will done right or he will recommend the right person. Thanks again Pat there are few like you left.

Pat LaBreck is an outstanding jack-​of-​all-​trades, AKA Professional Handyman. Over 5 years of working together (he actually does the work), from restoring a 60-​year-​old grape-​stake fence to fixing an out-​of-​commission garage door opener, he hasn’t met a Mission Impossible yet. I wish I could keep him on retainer.
