I was lucky enough to reach Bill Olson when I first contacted Harbor Cabinets I needed for my smaller kitchen renovation. Within one day I had a preliminary cost and layout worked up. Bill came out to the house within a day or so to inspect the job, do some measuring and provide some design ideas and suggestions. The same day we had some Mid Continent semi custom cabinets ordered with just a 2 week wait from the factory. The install went pretty good. We noticed some less than perfect areas on the installation but Bill and the installer Sean worked to make the modifications to make our cabinets as perfect as possible considering the walls and cieling of the house were not even close to square in areas. I HIGHLY recommend Harbor Cabinets! Good price for a good quality product. Thanks Bill

UPDATE to a review in 2012– September 2013
When they sold us cabinets, it included getting Corian countertops.
A repair for the countertops was needed after a year and we contacted Harbor Cabinets. They contacted the place that did the work and Harbor Cabinets, without our permission, authorized a $ 150 repair. We thought it should be warranty work.
Imagine our surprise when the countertop people asked for their money.
I get the sense the Harbor Cabinets is used to working with wealthy clients, not middle class people like us.
