Really? Only one star because someone hurt your feelings? Don’t be butthurt. This place is a dive, sure. One of the last true taverns in town, which means you can buy beer to go! Same place since 1936, this place is living history. Get over yourselves and stop in for a beer before the city tears the place down to widen the road. 5 stars to make up for the bad reviews.

I went here once because it was close to my house. What big mistake the bartender was nice and the regulars we’ll most of them were fine. Except this old hag that thinks the bar is hers. The old lady is rude and who needs that when your trying to unwind. I’ll never go back.

I used to be a regular customer – a nice casual bar to hang out, have a drink, listen to the jukebox, and play cribbage. I went there last night to find a new bartender, Heidi, who wouldn’t accept my boyfriend’s driver’s license. Yes, it’s real. He works outside and it was dirty – it’s against the law to serve to someone with a dirty I.D. Her response: «I’ve been in the business a long time.» If that’s true, you have no excuse for being stupid enough to turn away paying customers who are 25 years old. I don’t think I will be going here again. Sorry, Boulevard.
