We have used Cj for several home remodeling projects. He has been able to provide competitive quotes and he is always able to get us on the schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. He has installed cabinets for us, drywall and Sheetrock repair, modifications to existing cabinets. He has a great referral network as well, and if he can’t do something, he sure does know who to recommend. Recently I needed a partial kitchen renovation done, having purchased a new dishwasher with no space for it. From several other bids, I hired Cj as contractor because of his follow-​up calls even before I hired him, his comparative bid for the work I wanted, and his helpful suggestions on how to save part of my old cabinets and relocate them in the kitchen. That alone was worth it! He was careful with demolition, installing new cabinets as well as moving and re-​configuring part of my old cabinets — a brilliant solution for adding drawer space and enlarging countertop space! He did meticulous carpentry work, was organized and tidy, and hauled old appliances out and new ones in — for free. He frequently called to check on materials ordered, kept me updated with schedules of workmen and progress made. He used local businesses, which I appreciated. He even gave me a painting lesson!
His last bill was the same as the original bid — to the penny.
