Went here today before setting out into the mall to shop. Food, once we got it, was awesome, Pepperoni pretzel and cheese filled pretzel bites. The pretzel bites weren’t ready when we ordered. We were told 3 minute wait time and to wait at the tables and they would call my name. After 10 minutes I went back up to the counter to make sure they didn’t forget me. Was ignored for 5 more minutes despite making eye contact with every employee and waving my hands until I finally had to shout before someone would acknowledge me. Once they did acknowledge me, they immediately handed me my food showing they had completely forgot about me. All the employees acted like they were doped up, moving slow with vacant expressions. They didn’t have the common sense necessary to ask someone who is staring them straight in the eyes if they need something. Bunch of idiots running this joke of a store. So irritating.

When you’re in the mood for something you know is probably terrible for you, why not buy a pretzel at the mall. This is kind of how I feel about Auntie Anne’s. This one I don’t think is as good as the one in Westroads mall. I’ve had some interesting experiences an employee who I’m rather sure was high on something, although I can’t prove that. The pretzels also seemed a bit old the last time I got them, so that’s why 3 stars instead of 4.

Yes, I am eating more pretzels. I am trying to gain some weight lol! Probably my favorite place in the mall to eat, just because it is good food and it is convenient. The staff is also very nice. I have noticed that this place has more staff on average than the Westroads one, but neither location can seem to keep the cheese-filled pretzels in stock, even when they are not busy… thus, the 4 stars instead of 5.

Omg the just thinking about amazing taste of Auntie Anne’s cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks or the buttered pretzel bites can make ones mouth water and their gut growl for the fabulous fresh food from Auntie Anne’s
